I've had this perfume several weeks now and have been wearing it off and on. It's a chameleon...lol. Sometimes I spray it and it smells strangely chemical and like how perfume smells when it has gone bad from being exposed to sunlight/light. Other times I spray it and its soft and slightly sweet and yet other times dark and romantic. It's not the most incredible smelling perfume by any stretch of the imagination (at least to me). Having never smelled the fragrance that influenced this, I can only speak to my general knowledge of scents. I am confused on how this is described as a summer scent. Rhw citrus does not jump out at me. It is strong and it does last. I categorize scents by my own tolerance and I can only spray this away from my nose. My legs, back and ankles. Light mist on the wrist if that. It will last all day. It didn't choke my coworker out so a Light hand is strongly suggested. I think its a classic scent like my mother would wear and I'm half a decade young. I do think it is upscale smelling, like money but again don't go crazy spraying it. The sprayer is designed so you CANNOT fill a travel spray which is a drawback but probably a remedy easily found on YouTube. ... show more
