I have used this product about a month now on a weekly basis. I am a long-term parental caregiver and deal with keeping the home clean, including carpets, chairs and mattresses. That said, I have tried MANY products of every kind from carpet cleaners to pet odor removers to negate and clean the fabrics, let alone the lingering odors of the home. Initially, somebody gave me a leftover can of this product to try, quite probably out of date. Why not? I thought. EFFECTIVE the 1st try! The urinary odors were cut drastically the first time I used it. Returned a couple days later expecting urine odor buildup again like usual. A pleasant surprise to walk into the home and notice just a lingering trace of urine odor versus eye watering issues. Unfortunately, the internet is the only place to find this product. I go through a can a week on the carpet, the chair, the mattress, and the car seat. The other drawback is the price. As the parents are on a fixed income, I buy this out of pocket. I have no idea how long that I can continue to order this product, but it is worth it to see my parent's friends dropping by again and my parents to continue in their own home for the moment. ... show more

This really refreshes carpeting, making it look and smell very clean. Only one complaint: it doesn’t spray properly sometimes - it comes out in a stream, soaking the carpet at times. Otherwise, it’s quite good.

So easy to use, smells good, and worked well. I brought a chair up from a basement. Used this on it and got rid of the musty smell.
