I bought both the black leather and brown suede versions of this boot for my son. He likes the brown boots a lot and finds them very comfortable, but with the brown boot, it runs a bit small, so I got him the 11.5, whereas with the black version, we had to go with the 11. The black boot also comes up higher on the ankle, which makes it slightly less comfortable. However, he's really happy with the style.

First off, I do like these shoes, but as you can see the right shoe in my pair is missing the texture on the toe. There is also a spot on the side of my left shoe that's missing the texture, almost looks like a hot curling iron was set on it. I know it's not Amazons fault but, the very large box(1.5 ft³) that they were shipped in was dry, however the inserts, and inside the left shoe itself, were wet to the touch.

The shoes have a leaf pattern and are made of vinyl. They don't look anything like what is pictured on Amazon. I usually don't like to leave a negative review, but the cost of these is not worth their value. Really bad shoes. Another customer posted pictures with this hideous leaf pattern. That is exactly what I received.
