Things did not start well with our purchase of this vanity (no fault of the seller) due to the carrier dropping our shipment. We didn't find out the extent of the damage (broken sink, gouged front door, paint chipping, and broken backsplash) until after I'd signed and unboxed it. Fortunately, not only is the vanity extremely well built but the seller was amazingly responsive and helpful. They offered a full replacement up front but I wanted to save this beautiful cabinet and so they sent me all the things necessary to do so (new backsplash, sink, new cabinet door, drawer slides, paint repair kit, etc.). This is a good quality vanity. It is very sturdy which means it was heavy to carry upstairs. But they guy who delivered it put it in our garage, which I was very thankful for. We did not install it right away and when we opened it up we were very pleased and relieved (kind of a big/heavy purchase if it needed returned!) BUT the sinks were missing. I was worried that it would be a big hassle but it was not. After a few conversations with the seller, they shipped the sinks and they were just as nice as everything else. Note: We knew we would need to purchase faucets separately. We chose a faucet that has a pull down spray wand. I highly recommend that because the sinks are rectangular and good size. We really like this vanity there are just two items of feedback. 1. As you can see the backsplash and countertop did not line up. Fixed with a little caulk. 2. I would have selected a longer length of the faucet. I believe the delta faucet we installed was 4-5 inches. The delivery person was very nice and brought the 405lbs to the front door, once unpacked two of us carried the base and then the top they were heavy but we did it! ... show more

I ordered this vanity when our bathroom renovation first began to make sure we had it when it was needed. It arrived in about a week and sat in our foyer for about a month. The manufacturer responded quickly and explained there were 2 sins packed tightly in one carton, as well as an empty carton--the contractors didn't realize. Think it would help to write "2 sinks" on carton, but maybe that's asking too much. In any case, the vanity is well made and well priced.
