These are perhaps the most comfortable boots I own. I wear western style boots almost daily as they are extremely practical and versatile. While I love all of my boots, I was tired of the leather being damaged by the rain and snow so I started the hunt for some water resistant boots. These boots have exceeded my expectations! I received them today in the midst of a sudden snowstorm and was able to put them to good use right away. Despite running around in the yard in the snow and wet grass with my dogs the They are extremely comfortable, have great traction, look nice and most importantly are water resistant. Are they expensive? That depends on your concept of expense when it comes to shoes. For my needs and wants I feel like the price is more than fair. I needed a sturdy, water resistant boot and I wanted one that was stylish and comfortable. The shipping was prompt. The boots were delivered in an Ariat box with all of the regular paperwork and tags you would find in a box from a shoe store. The Ariat box was wrapped in a typical plastic enveloping wrapping and was quite easy to open. I have attached a photo of what the boots look like in person. The coloring is a bit different than what you see on the website, however they are still quite attractive!

I love these boots, incredibly comfortable and stylish. I did try on a few sizes and went with a 7.5 womens. I am normally a 7 wide in sneakers but the 7 wide in these were too tight in the toe box with medium ply Smartwool socks on. Went a half size up to accommodate for colder weather with socks. Would buy them in every color if I could! They were easy to break in as well (didn’t really have to at all)

The more you wear these the more you love them! These boots are perfect travel boots. Easy to slip on and off at the airport and on planes when you need a solid boot that you can walk in all day in all weather. I wore these all over Korea in November in heavy ran and snow and my feet stayed dry. They are not a winter boot but even in wet snow and mid 20's my feet were warm. They also seem to breath even though they are waterproof on the lower part. I have worn them at least 3 to 4 days a week and they have aged well and always comfortable. They do loosen up a bit as you wear them but no major break in was needed and I have super tender feet. The best part is these work well as a nice casual boot that can hold up for miles of walking each day. They really saved me as a good travel boot and now an every day casual boot to wear with jeans. I would buy another pair but these seem like they will hold up for the long haul. ONE YEAR LATER: DEC. 2018 - I still love these boots and just wanted to check to make sure these were still available. My boots are holding up great but the thought of wearing them out one day makes me want to order another pair for the future. In the winter I wear good wool socks and in the summer, lighter weight socks. I've worn these from Asia to South Dakota, Texas to Tennessee. They work year round and clean up well, the bottom soles are holding up very well considering I wear them constantly. I hope Ariat keeps these in their line!

I ordered these expecting them to fit tightly since I have a wide foot and typically wearing an 8 1/2 to a 9, I ordered the 8 ¹/² being unsure they would fit at all. These fit my feet perfectly. They are snug at first but form quickly. The top does rub the leg a bit but I like wearing my winter socks above the top. The pictures are to show that this pair of boots came with some ware on the top, maybe they've been returned. But there was nothing too significant that I would care to take time to return or exchange. I recommend this boot. Also they are super cute!

So cute, functional, and comfortable. I wore these all around Austria and they held up in the rain, mud, streets, and mountains. They scratch pretty easily unfortunately, but it kind of makes them look more rugged so if that’s ok with you, then these may be the boots for you. Like I had them packed next to each other in my suitcase and when I opened it they had scuffed each other.

I wear a 9M in 99% of the shoes ive ever bought. I needed an 8.5 W in this boot incase it helps with sizing. Once i got the right size, they're cute and performant - i use them at the office and also out in the woods. Perfect 'all around' boot!

Love the color and burgundy highlights!!! Foot bed is decent, but I need extra due to arch issues. Always use my own inserts anyway. Size is as stated. Could fit some medium thickness socks in winter, but not an uncomfortable amount of wiggle room. Nice standard ariat boots. Always been happy with the brand in the past. What blew my top off!!!! is they are new in the box, no sole wear, and yet they are all scuffed up and look like they have ink pen lines in several places. One nick in the leather already, on the toe in 2nd picture. I did not buy this pair for barn wear. I bought them for a cute fall/winter boot with a good foundation to wear out. They are not cheap boots and I don't appreciate them looking like I've already had them in the barn for weeks when they are fresh out of the box. So grumpy when I should be giddy.
