okay, I like Ariat boots. Like alot. Middle of the road on the reasonable $$$ scale. high side of quality and durability. but hear me out. i had to go through 3 different returns for the right size boot. every other boot I've ever bought fit in the size I am (8.5EE) THIS boot, however i ordered the 8.5EE, the ankle hole is too small. foot fit down the neck, but the ankle hole is weird and too small. so i went up 1 full size to a 9.5EE. still too small. finally bumped up to a 10, FInally, with some effort, it fit. but now my foots too small for the boot. so i spent another $20 on a set of size 10EE insoles. now the boots are perfect with room for warmer socks. good deal. will buy another pair in 10 years when they finally wear out through a few re-soles.

Great but, only issue was I had to exchange them as my husband had the same pair in a different color that we purchased from the store, but when we ordered these in the same size, they ran small. Needed to go up half a size. Customer service was great and exchanged very quickly with no issues.

The only thing that was undesirable is the 20+minutes it took to get my feet in the boots. This is typical with new boots, but still a pain.

It’s like any typical cowboy boot takes about a week though to bust in other than that I am happy with it but if I were you remember boots run bigger than shoes get at least a half size up or a full size up other than that great boot love them and will continue to buy Ariats in the future
