These boots look fantastic! Build quality and details are exactly what i was hoping for. Unfortunately, I have the wrong size though. Shipping was great and seller communication was good as well. The return instructions are not the same as a regular Amazon product. You need permission from the seller and large box to ship them back in. You will pay for return/exchange shipping, possibly a restock fee, and possibly a return denial. It's kinda fair. My boots showed the slightest bit of wear on the bottom. The boots are very well constructed but not in the condition they were said to be in. Scuffed and dirty showed signs of heavy use. Like someone partied in them and returned once it was over.

I ordered a pair of New Ariat Men's Futurity Showman Western Boots in Dijon Roughout color. The boots arrived is a small box, not an original Ariat Boot Box. The 13-inch shafts and the shaft supports for the boots were folded over to fit, which will eventually ruin the integrity of the shafts. The boots also had a light layer of dried mud on the soles and on and around the heel as pictured. I have older Ariats that fit me. I got my size in this boot, and it is crazy wide in front of the heel. I can grab the leather and pull it into a fold. I hated to send them back but they just didn't see like a medium.
