few weeks ago I purchased this product and had issues with the quality, not short after I was contacted by the company regarding my review of their product and they sent me new tool storage trays .these new trays seem to be of better quality than the previous ones I ordered and the customer service was good as well though I do recommend getting two sided tape and placing it on the rear magnets to strengthen the bond

I've bought magnetic trays from Harbor Freight and NAPA for a few bucks each that were fully metal, with large diameter magnets with a rubber base and they're significantly better in every way, except vertical storage of course. Buy from your local parts store or if you can find similar trays, make sure they have a magnet that makes up the majority of the base, not small magnets in each corner that leaves empty, non-magnetic spots. These have five, small, circular magnets in the base of each tray which is a problem because if you're working on a car that doesn't have a flat surface, then only a few magnets will be making contact. If the tray is full of bolts, it will begin to slip. Putting an empty tray on the leg of a metal table, it was visibly sliding down with only two magnets making contact, however stayed in place with three magnets making contact.

Y’all ever notice how many bolts, nuts, and washers go missin when working on vehicles and equipment?!? My brother and I were always losin that stuff and havin to use other stuff to “make it work”. My beautiful bride was kind enough to order me this set of magnetic bowls and boy-howdy am I so glad she did! These things hold your tools me all them bolts and nuts in one nice convenient location while ya work! I liked em so much I bought another set to stick down in the barn! My brother bought a coupe of sets for his shop and barn as well. So between the two of us we have four sets of these dang things. That a pretty good compliment from a couple of old ranchers...that we thought so highly of your product to buy more! These hold up to some pretty good use, and they don’t seem to mind all of the bad language we use while workin on stuff!
