The media could not be loaded. I was searching for some easy cameras to monitor my restaurant, as my old Ring indoor cam dropped on the floor and stopped working after 1 year. This one costs 25, while Ring costs 60, currently, I'm quite satisfied as there's no big difference in performance. The connection is really easy with the manual and voice guides, but it only connects to 2.4g wifi like Ring cam, you need to find the right wifi and type in the right password. The picture quality, night vision, remote viewing, 2-way talk, sharing function all work fine like Ring, no big difference. It does support Alexa, but only for screen devices like Echoshow, I can see the live video on the Echo show screen, no need to keep my phone on all the time. This cam comes with 3-month free cloud storage for event videos, but I also inserted an SD card, so it can record all events in my restaurant, nowadays security is a big issue. So far, I'm quite impressed, I also bought their pan-tilt camera and battery camera, as the app can connect with multiple cameras. Will recommend it to my fellows if this one works well in the next months ... show more

Really wanted this security system because it would have been quick and easy with my Wi-Fi but found out it wasn't quick and easy it would not connect to my phone ended up having to call my internet provider and they suggested I change all the functions in my Wi-Fi which I did not want to do so I had sent it back ... show more

This camara has a great image, but it only record if you record what you are watching at the moment. What it detect a motion it only takes a picture. Also I added a 64gb memory card and it doesn't work
