    • How to put on withiut tearing

The instructions say to put your hands fully inside the cap to stretch it over your head then place down over your heard from the stretched position. This is impossible for a normal person, but maybe a body builder on steroids could do this. Instructions say don't pull down from the sides. This is thin and pulling down from the sides will rip it. I just got it and will try to find a better way to put it in my head without ripping it. Once on it fits well, but has crinkles on top and sides. It isn't a smooth look.
