Description

Minim is a deck of regulation playing cards that considers how much design you can take away while still maintaining a playable deck. Simple geometric symbols are reductive versions of hearts, clubs, diamonds and spades. While it is necessary to mark the backs of regulation cards, we’ve done so with minimal diagonal lines instead of the typical ornamental graphics.

  • unique deck that shouldn’t be compared to normal ones
Color: Black
if you’re looking at these cards it is because you like the minimalistic and modern look. as you can tell by the pictured the symbols are different, spades and hearts are triangles and clubs are 3 circles. yes it is different from the normal suits, but after a bit you get used to it. it just takes a little bit to adjust. the font is kind of small but of course you get used to it. overall i really like these cards. they’re a unique deck and that’s why i got them. a few things to keep in mind... - font is smaller than average - symbols are different - if you get the black and white deck like i did, it is kind of difficult to play with them together as it messes with your brain to go from black to white as spades and clubs are black on one deck and white on the other. i would stick to two of a single deck if you need 2 deck for your game. i got two of each so i can switch. - the black will show thumb prints if you are okay with all of that and like the design then just go ahead and get them:) i personally love showing them off. ... show more

  • Hard to see
Color: Black
They look nice but the print on them is too small and fine to be practical. They are difficult to see what is what. My vision is fine if you're wondering. It's of course harder to see what is what on the red cards, but both are going to have you leaning over the table a lot to get a better look.

  • Nice and Sleek
Color: Black
Sleek playing cards with an aesthetic simplicity. They are a bit slippery which affects the handling, but other than that they're great. Also like the fact that they are waterproof.

  • Amazing and unique
Color: Black
I spent a bit more money than I would like just to get them delivered to my country but, oh boy, it was worth it! This is really a one-of-a-kind design and for a fan of minimalism like me, they make a great package. They're also very durable due to the plastic material and the box they come in is also very nice. The only downside I found is that they're pretty prone to scratches and mine already got a lot of them. ... show more

  • Simplistic yet Beautiful
Color: Black
It certainly catches people's attention when they see it, as it did mine. I'd almost call them too minimal in that I had to think a moment at first, but it's clear enough that I got used to them fairly quickly. My only real complaint is that the box they come in doesn't close as nicely as I hoped it would, but the cards themselves are fantastic ... show more

  • Cool design, wish font was bigger
Color: Black
I really wanted to love these cards. I bought them in both black and white. They're really smooth but it is quite hard to see the numbers. And if you're playing a game where suits matter, then you REALLY have to look closely to know what you have. if you just want cheap, practical, regular playing cards, these aren't for you. ... show more

  • I love it, Packaging could be better
Color: Black
I love it. I saw it from EXCESSORIZEME black edition gadgets. I love the simplicity and black glossy. It is a fingerprint magnet. The packaging could be better and much more minimalistic. It is just a cheap box. Couldve been a plastic to protect the cards. but the cards seems pretty durable.

  • Perfect Minimalist Vibes.
Color: Black
These cards are incredibly sturdy and almost feel like they’re made from some kind of plastic. They are perfect and clean looking, and give off a minimalist vibe. Might be tricky to play with them in group games, but are great for display or solo games like solitaire.
