I am used to using the regular demi wispies by Ardell. I thought i'd try these out. The lashes looked similar, however, the clear band is extremely thick and it shows! It also felt heavy and pokey- extremely uncomfortable compared to the ones i'm used to. I applied these lashes with eyeliner like i always do and you can see the clear line beaming through- looks very unnatural. I will stick with the original demi wispies. Unless you like the look of a thick clear band when applied, don't buy these. ... show more

I've purchased and loved these lashes for years. But all of a sudden in 2020, the Ardell 811 were no longer manuufactured the same. I tried purchasing this twice last month from different sellers, and even the individual packs, but they all had the same "new" look which I HATE. The original 811's had short inner corners & longer winged outer corners, alternating thick/thin volume & crisscross design, and a thicker band. These new ones are much longer in length, thinner in volume, and have straighter design. Not to mention that the band is a JOKE and completely falls apart the moment you touch them! WHAT HAPPENED ARDELL??? I'M SO UPSET ABOUT THIS!!! ... show more

Not real Ardell faux mink, they are heavy and will scratch the hell out of your eyelids . Do not buy! I will never buy from this seller , should have purchased in store that way I could call ardell directly and get this resolved . Wore to a special event the scratching ruined my night and had to go home early don’t let these lashes ruin your day too. ... show more

Have been using these for over a year. I used to wear extensions and was tired of the maintenance. I cut these in 5 pieces and put them under my lashes with Kiss brand black eyelash glue. People think I have extensions all the time. They are comfortable to wear and easy to apply.

I’m a makeup artist and have used many different brands and styles of lashes. These are my absolute favorites. I use them on clients and wear them myself daily. They are easier than most lashes to apply. I personally don’t need to trim much off them to get the perfect fit. The band of the lash is not too thin and flimsy but also not too thick and hard. The band is the perfect amount of thickness that make it easily to mold to the shape of your eye. I can wear them for several days. I find they look better on the 2 - 3 day because they are already shaped to my eye. I’ve fallen asleep with them on and the lashes do not lose there shape. When I’ve fallen asleep wearing other lashes, I wake up to the individual lashes poking out in every direction. That does not happen with these. Highly recommend! This is my ride or die lashes that’s the closest to my former eyelash extensions that I can get within my price range! My coworkers have no idea that I took my extensions off half a year ago lol. It’s fluffy, wispy, and gives me a cat eye look without being super over the top. It would be perfect except for two things: 1. The clear band and 2. the sellers. So, the first issue isn’t really a major deal breaker. The clear bland is a little on the thicker side so it does kinda show if you look super closely (but it doesn’t feel heavy). No one at work has noticed, nor have I, unless I peek at it with a magnified mirror. The second issue made me a bit upset. In my third time repurchasing it, I noticed that every movement would cause individual lashes to fall off (even if I was just adjusting it). One of the boxes also came slashed. This never happened with other sellers, only this particular one, but the next purchase after that was perfect. I think that seller sold a fake one (Your Beauty Master was the seller). Amazon fixed the issue thankfully, but beware that there might be a bad apple out of the bunch! Other than that, I completely recommend! ... show more
