I received this item missing the screws it required to put it together. I contacted Arcade 1Up Customer service and sent them a detailed message with pictures of the parts I needed. A week later I received a package with the WRONG PARTS I did not need or ask for. I contacted Arcade 1Up customer support again and sent an even more detailed message explaining the parts I needed with more pictures. I waited another week only to receive the WRONG PARTS AGAIN!!! I can’t make this stuff up. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. Do not order anything from this company. I had to drive to UPS on my day off and waste 30 mins of my free time returning this useless stool that couldn’t be put together. I’ll order a stool from another company now. ... show more
