  • Kick-azz rearsets!
Color: Black Size: FZ1 2006-2016 FZ8 2010-2013
Love these rearsets! I put them on my 2009 FZ1 and they look and work great. Super tight, bearing pivots with ZERO slop. Install is kinda a PITA but take your time- it's worth it! As mentioned by others, loctite EVERYTHING, including the factory installed hardware. Couple install notes- Getting your brake light dialed-in just right can be frustrating. I reused my stock spring and bracket and tweaked them to work perfect. It took a minute, tho... When installing the clamp on the shift shaft, I found you need to make sure the leverage from the rod at the pedal is to be perpendicular to the shift shaft pivot for best leverage and smoothest shifts at you toes. In order to do that, you'll need to shorten the threaded hex. There are two cut lines on one end and one cut line at the other end. It is an involved install, maybe three hours for the initial install? I think I removed one side or the other a couple times to get it all dialed-in super tight, but it goes much quicker after the initial install. And once you're done and dialed-in, they're awesome! ... show more

  • You MUST use loctite
Color: Black Size: YZF R1 2004-2006
You absolutely must use loctite. Do not even try to simply tighten it hard enough, you will strip something before it does not vibrate loose. I use orange loctite to be extra safe, while still letting me unscrew things without heat later. If you do not heed this warning, you WILL lose parts on the road. Go over it with a magnifying glass and make sure you are not missing anything. Check the spring attached to the brake lever, theres two tiny screws behind it you might miss. Stuff like this. If you do this, this is a great set. I love my set. That being said, I do wish that it had a higher range of adjustability, and started with stock settings being the lowest and closest. The lowest and closest setting is something like maybe an inch higher and further back. It doesn't sound like that big of a difference, but if you have been riding with proper foot posture already with stock and are a taller guy, it can be surprising and you might find it cramped or feeling tempted to ride with improper technique to make up for it. That was my initial impression, to be honest. Im getting used to it however, and I see big benefits too, such as improving my relationship with the clip ons and handling. I have been considering coming up with a bracket adapter of some sort to let me get just a tiny bit forward and down, if I can swing it, and it not be noticeable aesthetically. Either this, or finding down the road a replacement first bracket that connects to the frame that I can use with the rest of the kit. Time will tell how I feel and what I do. It's not terrible, it's really fine, it's just different and I was not expecting it. I thought for an adjustable kit, it would have a wider range of adjustments, even if you started with stock settings on the lowest end. The one thing that did not fit properly on my 04-06 YZF R1 was the brake light switch holder. I simply used the stock one and bent it to work. Also a final tip... place the loop on the brake master cylinder BETWEEN the spring and the front nut holding the shaft for the brake loop. Don't put it behind the little clip at the very end and the spring. It knocked that little clip at the end right off, first ride. If you put it between the spring and the nut, you don't even need the little clip in the first place, the spring will hold it there in place under tension. All in all just be slow and careful installing, loc-tite everything. And just know that you are going to be moving up and back whether you like it or not. ... show more

  • Buy nice or buy twice
Color: Gray Size: MT09 FZ09 14-20 (QS) / FJ09 14-20 / XSR90...
These rear sets fit my 2019 Yamaha MT09. The color and appearance is as shown. From my two years experience, aspects of this assembly will loosen over time (due to the high vibration of a motorcycle). Using YouTube guidance, I was able to successfully install this myself. However, I would only advise buying these for a super temporary fix, as the durability is not good. Over time, the rear brake lever stopped coming back up...so I stop using the rear brakes altogether, due to its unreliability. Your best bet is to go OEM, or buy a $800 rear set assembly. These look great, but aren't the best quality. ... show more

Color: Gold Size: FZ1 2006-2016 FZ8 2010-2013
So far I love the look and feel of this! Very sturdy build quality and easy install! Used for about 500 miles and no issues! Used thread lock on non moving bolts and works great!

  • You get what you pay for!
Color: Black Size: YZF R3 R25 2015-2022
Cheaper rear sets = cheaper quality . Bought these rear sets in December and lasted me up until August. Make sure to use loctite when assembling the sets on your bike. You do have to maneuver the master rear brake cylinder in order to put on these sets. Besides that installation is pretty simple. If you’re a bigger rider, I’m 5’8 250, and the rear pegs broke off, but that could be because of other factors too. ... show more
