I used this to stack my newly bought, used 2 year old Samsung dryer on my 1 year old Electrolux washer. This set has no instructions. We googled Samsung stacking kit videos and got very easy instructions. The sides did not just "snap in" like they were supposed to when placing the dryer on top. We had to squeeze in the inner clips on the plastic rails with a pliers. Next my son gently pounded them into the dryer with a hammer for a snug fit. Next we found the holes did not line up for the washer and dryer on the back on the brackets. Likely because My washer is not a Samsung. (The top holes would have lined up but not with the washer too.) So we first used the 2 lower washer holes in the middle that were the right distance for my washer and attached them to the washer with 2 screws. Next we marked where one hole on the dryer was on the bracket and drilled through the bracket with a titanium bit and attached that with a screw. Next We carefully drilled a hole in the dryer matching another hole in the bracket. Then we installed another screw so that there was now 2 screws on top and bottom. We did the same on the other side. See pic. With a few modifications and tweaks it does the job at half the price of the same kit at the furniture stores. ... show more

It took a long time to figure out but after trying to line up stew holes with no instructions was able to get in place! They could do better and have instructions!

Instructions were not included in the box. I found a YouTube video for help. The tabs didn’t click into the spots on my dryer but lined up perfectly. I broke the tabs off and attached the rails with screws to my dryer. The back bracket pieces fit perfectly to attach the washer and dryer. I have since used my washer and dryer several times and have no complaints. Great value in comparison to the same product sold at hardware stores. ... show more

The push on clips that should hold the guides in place are to big and would break trying to install the guides. I had to then use the small screws that screw into the back of the dryer to hold the guides on and get new screws for the dryer back. The box did not have instructions but I found a video online that showed the install process. Despite those issues it works well enough and is cheaper than buying it in-store by half. ... show more

We have a brand new Samsung dryer and a Samsung washer that is around 6 years old. This worked to stack both with only one minor issue that was easily resolved. The tabs that click the side rails into place under the dryer were too big so I just broke half the tab off and it fit fine. The metal brackets fit without issue. Ironically I watched Samsung’s official video on YouTube to see how to use the kit. ... show more
