I was worried about the colored finish coming off, after seeing other reviewers’ photos, but my Cherry-colored case is holding up GREAT after a month of heavy use. I was also worried the case wouldn’t fit. At first the corners were kind of curved downward, leaving the phone exposed to potential damage, but after about a week, the case was fully molded to my phone and everything was protected. Quality leather, feels great to hold, gorgeous black Cherry color.

This case is everything. I have only drop it once and seeing as it’s real leather no thing happen a lil scratch switch is truly gone now! Feels fantastic on your hand your and slip proof, fits like a glove !

Had this case for 10 plus months now. The leather has warn pretty well. I have dropped my phone many times. Twice now my screen has broken though. The first time my screen broke it was from less than two feet up and a corner where the case is hit first. I’m 49 and not super active at all. I did put a screen cover on and dropped my phone and that $60 screen cover (lifetime screen warranty luckily) broke. So I do recommend you have a good screen cover with this as the edges aren’t protected well with this case.

I have had other Apple leather cases but this one seems to have a better grip, especially with some wear. The color is very rich and classy looking.

I really like the appearance and feel of this case, but regret buying it after my iPhone 13 Pro Max took a hit from falling onto a bathroom tile floor. The leather case doesn't fit tightly around the phone. If you carry your phone in your back pocket and lean forward, that pressure pushes the iPhone slightly out of the case. When the phone fell on the floor, the corner that was slightly sticking out hit the floor and the screen cracked in the corner. The phone still works fine, but the resale value just went way down. Buy this case only if (1) you never drop your phone or (2) you are happy buying new iPhones on a regular basis.
