Like a lot of people, I was a little nervous about buying such an expensive product from Amazon. But honestly, the experience turned out way better than I expected. The phone arrived a day early and came with the charging cable. I ordered it in "excellent" condition, and it seriously looked brand new. The battery health was at 86%, which was pretty solid. I used it almost non-stop the first day just to see how the battery held up, and it easily lasted all day with some charge left (though of course, battery life depends on how you use it). The camera is awesome. Photos come out super clear. Even after using it for hours, the phone barely got warm. Transferring all my contacts, photos, apps, and everything else from my old iPhone X was super fast and easy. I ended up returning the phone and came on here and I love my phone! ive had it a little over a year now and its NEVER given me any problems. I originally ordered the Graphite color, but was sent the Silver instead. I know some would be upset about this but I actually like the color better so I’m not too disappointed. What I was most disappointed about was the shipping. It was supposed to arrive on a Monday, but it wasn’t even shipped out yet and Amazon delayed the order completely. I reached out to the seller and they did their best to help so I won’t really blame them for this inconvenience. The phone itself is great so far, I have yet to actually use it and switch over to it.
