Looks and works like new. Got exactly what I ordered product wise. The only discrepancy I noted was not really on the seller. Amazon said criteria for meeting certain standards was that the battery health percentage was 90% or better. I noticed it was 86% on the phone I purchased. But quite frankly I wouldn’t let 4% stop me from giving a perfect rating and review. It got here a day earlier than I was told even with a Prime membership so that’s definitely a plus as well. The phone came in the box, no scratch, no cracks and it was spotless. It came with a USB connector. The phone is really great actually. I haven’t had any issues and it’s been almost 2 months now. The speakers work great and the camera is amazing. I got a 256gb and I am nowhere near filling it up. My battery came at 98% however it’s now at 95% battery health, it didn’t stay at 98% very long.
