The phone I received battery according to the phone is down to 85% efficiency. It is a used phone, in excellent condition and came with a return sticker in the box so if it was that big a deal to me I could have easily sent it back. First and foremost I hate leaving bad reviews or any reviews for that matter but this has been the worst experience ever. I bought iPhone 11 Pro Max 256gb EXCELLENT condition while the outside of the phone was very clean and nice everything else went to crap really quick as I was setting up phone would get so hot I had to keep putting it down let it cool before handling again after set up I noticed the bath was just depleting very quickly another issue ok so then I got a call mind you I have a 2 yr old running around so I talk on speaker phone a lot and person on other end kept saying I can’t hear you how frustrating having to repeat your self that was enough for me so I get on support chat with Amazon after going back and forth they tell me they will send out new phone then when that comes I can return this one( because I don’t have another phone ) that I would receive email with details on when phone would arrive well 24 hrs later still no email so got in touch with support again and was told I was blatantly lied to that this wasn’t an option that I needed to get in touch with seller ok get me in you with seller they send link and it’s a prompted message system for the seller that tells you to go through amazon. Can we say I’m beyond pissed at this point so I call apple to run diagnostics they tell me take to Apple Store that it might be processor/hardware issue so I make appointment spent most of day at apple and they thought they fixed my speaker issue and battery issues guess what it isn’t fixed people still can’t hear me. Amazon won’t do anything except tell me to return phone and wait up to 30 days for refund and I’m sorry but I can’t buy another phone without having refund because I don’t just have $400 sitting around and I would be completely without a phone until I bought another.
