Review Update - 2/16/2024 After posting my original review company did reach out to me and let me know that they sent the wrong product. Their resolution is to offer me the correct box or a refund. I would say that their customer service is pretty good. In my opinion, though I'd still say the product wouldn't hold up to actual shipping by UPS or FedEx. If you, yourself are moving it around then it might be good enough. I will give them 3 stars for good customer service and an ok product. Original Review In my opinion, this is a complete joke. If you tried to ship anything in this box it wouldn't get there in one piece. It's too small for the computer, the sides of the computer are not only touching the side wall but are causing them to slightly bow out. This might work for a 24" iMac but not a 27" iMac. You are much better off taking it to a shipping company and having them box it. I thought that there would also be much more material to protect the item but sadly no. For what I paid for this I could have gotten an official box from Apple. In my opinion, just don't do it. DEFINITELY NOT worth the money. ... show more

Upon opening the product I was completely shocked to find a nearly empty box with cheap blocks of styrofoam here and there. The product is completely inadequate to ship an iMac or any other computer you hope would arrive undamaged. There is too much empty space inviting something to crush it. In 2020 I bought a shipping box, which I wish I could have kept but didn't have the room to store it. Thick, sturdy cardboard, high density protective foam to completely encase the computer and an envelope of screen protector instead of a sheet that will shift in transit. Not only did I waste my money buying the box but I had to reship it through a freight forwarder out of the US. I could have used that money to have someone build me a custom crate, which I will now have to do anyway. Buyer beware. ... show more
