The 2025 MacBook Air with the M4 chip is easily one of the best laptops I’ve used. It’s incredibly fast and responsive, handling everything from everyday tasks to heavier multitasking without any slowdown. Apps launch instantly, and performance stays smooth even with multiple programs open. The 13.6-inch Liquid Retina display looks amazing; colors are sharp, text is crisp, and it’s comfortable to use for long periods of time. The Midnight finish is sleek and premium, and the lightweight design makes it easy to carry around all day without feeling bulky. Have been purchasing Apple products since the 1980's. I still appreciate the seamless integration between devices (iphones, ipads, apple computers.) I am very, very rough on my electronics, and apple products hold up well. This latest MacBook Air is able to do what I need it to do, and has plenty of storage capacity. It's very light weight, making it super portable. Incrementally better than my 2020 Macbook Pro, and at a lower price point.

Long time Apple MacBook Air user. This is my third MacBook but second Air model. Oddly enough. was in the market for a new laptop and was on the fence about shelling out the money for another MacBook or an Air. I grabbed this steal around Christmas time. The processor is lighting fast, the display is gorgeous and the size is perfect for toting around. I have not had to keep this laptop charged up often as the battery seems to last for an extremely long time! Highly recommend.

I've been around the block with many different portables, including Surface Pros, ThinkPads, and others. For the price, I just don't think you can come close to beating a MacBook. Especially the Air models. So thin and light, they work beautifully, and there's no annoying fan. They just work. I'll come back again and again as long as Apple keeps making these. I've never been disappointed by a MacBook, but I HAVE been plenty disappointed by others. MacOS is far from perfect, but it's the least annoying OS I've used and -- I mean -- these days with 99% of anything most people do being inside a browser, does it even matter? The M4 is a significant upgrade over my M1, but honestly I didn't even really **need** to upgrade. Just did so because I wanted it. The M1 is still a fantastic workhorse that can do almost anything most people need to do.
