At first I didn't like this product as I loved their Sun Gel Sunscreen but it has suddenly been discontinued.. 💔 (PLEASE BRING SUN GEL BACK) Anyway, I didn't like this product because it was too thick, left a white cast, and even pilled on my skin. What changed my mind about it is reducing the amount I use (a finger amount) and using only my rosewater toner instead of my regular gel moisturizer before applying this sunscreen. These two changes made a hugeee difference. No more white cast and no pilling. I almost returned this item.. Also, oil cleansing to remove this sunscreen is a MUST no matter the amount used.

I love this sunscreen! I recently started using it and have given it about a month to make sure it agreed with my skin. I have rather acne prone skin bordering on oily (especially during the summer). This sunscreen works very well (I assume, I guess there’s no true way to test if the SPF is what it says). I use it daily and have not had any breakouts or undesired reactions to it. It smells very nice, kind of reminds me of a fancy hotel but in a really good way! Isn’t too heavy, doesn’t leave a cast, feels very weightless on the skin. I live in a city with very high levels of pollution from cars and public transit where I walk around a lot. It works very well for this environment in what I’ve experienced. Will definitely be repurchasing when I run out!

A little disappointed that I didn’t notice the formula change online, as I thought I received a fake product in the mail due to the change in consistency. The old formula was UV 45, left no white cast, had a nice scent and melted perfectly into my skin. The new formula is UV 50, leaves a white cast, and does not absorb well into skin. I have to add extra vitamin C serum to get it to a smooth consistency that will absorb into my skin. Only PROS on both formulas is that they both have a nice orange blossom smell (they don’t have the typical chemical sunscreen smell), and it does not hurt my eyes if I accidentally get it in them. A little disappointed in this change, as the thicker consistency and white cast is enough to make me look for another daily sun cream.

I absolutely love this product. when i read the reviews i was like okay let’s try it so i bought the small ones (the daily usage one and the primer pink one) and oh my goodness they’re amazing. i saw someone mention they use retinol and it burned their skin, as someone who went through 2 rounds of accutane and use tretinoin .1% my skin is very sensitive and i did not face the problems they listed (burns, breaks out, etc.) either way you shouldn't be using it with retinol bc that’s a night thing and sunscreen is for the day. i did it just to test if i would have issues and i had none. i have huge sensory issues i can’t stand skin care that feels heavy on my skin, greasy, oily, etc. i refused to wear sunscreen because it always felt disgusting on my skin. and i live in arizona so that’s very bad. This sunscreen is so perfect, the daily one has no white cast (make sure u rub it in good!) it’s super lightweight, hydrating, not sticky, and isn’t greasy at all! it almost felt like nothing was on my face i was so pleased and it left me with a nice glow instead of it looking like i dunked my face in a bowl of oil! the pink one has a bit of a pink tint with very very minimal white cast but it shouldn’t be a problem because it’s a primer for make up so you just add some powder, foundation, BB cream and it’ll be gone, super lightweight too but a little more thick than the daily usage one. it went great on my skin, no pilling (which always seems to be a problem for me.) and it didn’t affect the products & make up i put on top of it, in fact if anything it made my bb cream stay on longer; great primer and sunscreen all in one. i just ordered the bigger bottle, i can finally be good to my skin with the arizona heat and protect it! you must try this it’s amazing.

I have been trying different KBeauty sunscreens in hopes of finding that perfect one. You know the one that feels good on the skin, works well under makeup and DOES NOT break you out. Well this ain't it. I'm showing pics of my face (which I never do lol). I opened this and used it one day and you see the results I got. This stuff is very thick. I took pics of the bottle to show where the cream sits. It looks like your not getting the ounces stated, but trust me you get the correct amount. This is just so thick it doesn't move in the bottle. When I first applied it to my face I was like oh oh, this is so cream like, not like a lotion. It spread fairly well, but since it was thick it took a little time. I applied my regular makeup that usually last a good 8 to 9 hours and at the 4th hour the oil in my t-zone was showing through. I'm 64, so I don't produce a ton of oil, but with this stuff I was shining like teenager again. The pimple didn't show up until the 6 hour mark, but I wasn't home and was unable to wash my face. Luckily I only got one. Look even at 64, 1 pimple is to many pimples. I guess my quest continues. This would be a great winter sunscreen for someone that doesn't have acne issues. Good value and the scent is very light almost undetectable.

I absolutely LOVED the original formula guys, it was thinner and didn’t leave a white cast at all! This new formula leaves a white cast and I just look crazy. It’s too thick but most importantly it broke my entire face out and now I’m sad. I wish they still sold the original and just added the new one as a stronger version. Thumbs down on the new formula. 4 stars so you all can see this

The first time I purchased this product, I fell in love with it because it didn’t give me a white cast (I’m a brown skinned Black girl). I purchased again because of my good experience and it is still moisturizing and has a nice citrus smell to it but now I have to mix it with my moisturizer so I don’t have a white cast. While it was an easy fix, I was disappointed due to my initial experience with the product. I’m not sure if I’ll order again but I’m not completely against using it in the future.
