I live in a rental so naturally I was looking to have something a bit less permanent. I have had this thing for about a month now and wow, I love this thing! It’s small but if you want to save some money, it’s totally worth it! One thing, I got a heavier duty water hose, but it connected to machine just fine. The “broken parts” upon arrival on the bottom are just for transportation. If you load it, press the water level button to 8L and add your detergent. A normal cycle is about 45 min. I manually add my softener when it hits about 20 min while its spewing it new water and then I hang dry on a dry rack I purchased! For the price, you can’t really beat it. We were spending so much at the laundromat. This has essentially paid for itself! Not worth the “quick wash.” It’s a great buy and I actually enjoy how compact it is! I also did not find this hard to figure out at all. There is a spin dry option where you can actually dry your clothes! Powerful little machine!! I just dont mind hang drying. Try it out!! Seriously, it’s the best thing!

1. Parts of the machine were cracked. 2. The manual/instructions doesn't match the model I received. 3. It shows you how to prep the machine before washing, but doesn't explain how to actually do laundry. 4. Troubleshooting is not explained, so whatever issue you have with the machine, you have to figure out yourself. There's no YouTube videos easily found to help with installation, troubleshooting, etc. 5. My machine's tubes were already filled with water upon arrival. I might have received a refurbished one. Although I paid for a new one. 6. The inlet hose isn't working - again, no troubleshooting explanation or options. 7. After making sure the water intake hose was properly tight on the faucet and on the machine, the machine would not fill with water. When detaching the water hose to double check my work, it sprayed water all over the bathroom. Needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed with this machine.

If you put in a bed sheet, the machine will not turn at all because the capacity is too small. This is a decent substitute for no washer or dryer but altogether not the best. Not worth the money.No recommended.
