My 7 year old is pretty good at assembling Legos and stem kits. This was a bit over his head. He was able to assemble some parts of it but I did most of it and it took me a good 3 hours and a few curse words. The directions are ok but some things are hard to see they way they color code it is weird so I had to go back a few steps more than once. Tons of pieces. Once you get to the second bag it goes pretty quick. Charge it before assembly. Our remote worked fine, didn't bother with the app.

The description of this says you can code and program this robot. The app does not work and you canโt do it. I gave this to my grandson for Christmas. It was disappointing that it did not do all the things it said.
