Really comfy!! Battery lasts long, mic works well! I was a little confused when first connecting them because it wasn’t in Bluetooth mode. Just make sure yours are and don’t throw out the instructions that fast lol.

These have been great out of the box. they connect to my work PC with the dongle just fine with no issue. I can switch on the fly to BT to connect to my cell phone and back with no issue whatsoever. My only gripe is the mic boom . it's not the greatest at staying where you set it . an improved version would be good. Otherwise they are pretty awesome and I do love the RGB on them. I work a full 8 hrs non stop at a call center and they handle it just fine. I do charge over night to start all over again. ... show more

I decided to reorder after the last headset gave me problems with the connectivity of the USB and the microphone quality when using it on Playstation and PC. This headset sounds nice listening wise, however, the microphone quality doesn't feel loud enough. Both times that I have gotten this headset, different results happen. The headset this time feels loose than usual and moving the microphone felt like it was used before because it doesn't stay in place well now. The microphone quality is still not LOUD enough no matter how much I do to it. It’s good for listening to music but talking to others not so much because they have to turn their volume up for me. However, I do like how it comes with a USB-C for the headset which not many headsets have along with the headset being both wired and wireless. ... show more

I was ready to return this headset and give it 1 star because I could not get the Bluetooth to work. However I reached out to the seller by email and they replied next day with steps to switch between connection types. This was not explained in the documentation. Minus one star. *The process is, once powered on, press the power button twice quickly. A message will then play indicating which connection mode is active. The headset has great sound for this price point. It is comfortable, has good build quality and the battery lasts a long time. I have not needed to recharge even after hours of gaming followed by binge watching shows. It is also is very good looking. A great feature is that it can be used while charging, if you have a long enough USB-C cable. I tried it but I haven't needed to use that feature. The included cable is not really long enough for charging while wearing the headset. Also, support from the seller by email was very good. They stated that the headset has a12 month warranty and that the product would be replaced if Bluetooth couldn't be made to work. ... show more
