    • convenient headset for multiple devices!
I voice chat in Discord daily, and I game across multiple device platforms. I wanted "one headset to rule them all", and picked this one because it was cheaper than $50 and had a variety of connectivity options to a variety of devices. I can connect it to my Mac laptop and my iPad via Bluetooth, I can use the USB-C adapter to connect to my Switch, and I can use the USB-A adapter to connect to my desktop. If you pull it out and look at the USB-A adapter and say "where's the C one?", it's because the A adapter is actually a half-stick with an A port that the USB-C adapter slots into to make a unified item. I leave the A adapter in my desktop constantly, and pull out the C one to plug into C devices, then put it back into the A adapter when I'm done. Pros: - Comfort: It's comfortable enough to wear for a 6 hour marathon gaming session. The cups are large and cushiony, fitting over my ears and not pressing down on the top of them too hard. The cushion pad on the band on top helps prevent the feeling of it being too tight or digging into my scalp. - Fit: It's fine. I keep it adjusted as small as it can go in order for it to fit my small head, but my roommate also finds it a comfortable fit if they extend it. - Battery: The battery life is great, I can use it for a 6 hour session and not need to worry, and I only have to charge it a couple times a week. It's really nice that I can use it while it's charging, too. -Durability: It's durable enough to have survived a year living with me who keeps dropping it, and my cat likes to knock it off the hooks I keep it on on the side of my desk but it hasn't broken yet. My friends say the microphone quality is pretty good, though sometimes I find I have to move the stalk right up against my mouth in a way that makes me worry my breathing will carry over. The only change I'd make is to have the microphone be detachable so that if I'm doing solo gaming on the Switch or watching movies I don't keep bumping the microphone stalk; but that's too much to hope for at this price point. tl;dr: If it died tomorrow, I'd order another one, and I think that's the highest compliment I can give. ... show more

The mic works best if it’s right next to your mouth. Other wise ppl you’re talking too won’t hear you. Fits great on my big head. Volume is nice and the padding doesn’t bother my ears.

    • Can't beat the sound quality for the price
This is genuinely a great headset, if you are someone like me who uses a dedicated microphone anyway. The overall quality of this headset is about what you expect for 40 dollars. That being said, the sound quality is genuinely impressive. For being wireless and being as inexpensive as it is, the sound is crisp and the bass is what you want it to be. It does feel cheap, and that's okay, the sound quality makes up for it. The microphone however gets 3 stars if I was able to rate it. It's very quiet in discord and I have to use a program like steelseries sonar just to be able to get the full potential of the mic. Overall the headset gets 5 stars based on sound quality and how great the wireless connection is. I can walk across my house and the headset stays connected with no crackles. ... show more

    • Nice, but sound (or power?) cuts out a few times an hour and crashes some of my games when it does.
Comfortable headset and honestly sound quality is great, especially at the price. Unfortunately, every 20 or 30 minutes or so, it disconnects from the bluetooth usb adapter (or maybe the adapter hiccups or something) and the sound goes completely out for 5 to 10 seconds. It could be a hardware or software issue but whatever it is, it's consistently a problem several times an hour. Not a huge deal perhaps, but annoying. It causes one of my older games to crash when it cuts out, so I need to be careful not to play it with this headset. ... show more

    • Great Pair of Headphones, with some slight issues.
These headphones have worked really well in my opinion. For the price point, the sound quality is pretty good, I can wear these the entire day and not feel any discomfort, and they've survived many accidental falls during the 5 months I've owned these. My main Issues: - The Microphone is very quiet - Battery Life is mediocre It may just be my pair of headphones because in other reviews, I see that others have no problems with their microphone, but with mine, you can NOT hear me at all. The quality of the microphone itself is honestly very good, but no one can hear anything I'm saying. I had to install programs that boosted how loud I sounded for anyone to even hear me. As for the battery life, for me it lasts like 10-12 hours per charging session, which isn't terrible, but I feel like it could be better. ... show more

Purchased TWO of these at the same time for Christmas. The first one for my older son, the power button stopped working after 3 months, conveniently outside the return window… the 2nd one power button stopped working after 6 months. Have been able to continue using it as long as we don’t let it die. Then, the volume up button started controlling the mic on / off. Finally, it died. In my curiosity to see what is going on with these things, I opened one of them up. What was found was a very brittle thin piece of plastic used as a switch housing that had cracked and broken on both switches that were not fuctioning properly or at all. On the second one I didn’t even need to take it apart to see the same thing as the white housing is viewable under the ear cushion and I could see it was also cracked. I would NOT recommend this headset. It is not worth the money. Comfort was also not the best, however it was adjustable, just wish the ears swiveled. ... show more

I was already familiar with the AOC brand thanks to their durable monitors, so I chose these headphones expecting that same level of quality—and I have to admit, they delivered. The package includes a USB dongle, which comes in handy if my PC lacks Bluetooth or if I simply want greater stability and less interference from other wireless devices I’m using. It also comes with a USB-C to 3.5mm audio cable—ideal for when I’m seeking pro-level, ultra-low latency. The earcups feature circular RGB lighting, which isn't excessively bright, ensuring it doesn't become a distraction. It actually looks quite sleek and matches my keyboard and mouse setup, though I can easily disable it if I need to use the headphones for a more formal video conference or a similar occasion.
