I am pretty able when it comes to assembly of just about anything. This was a little challenging. The instructions did not say which drill bit size to use for the wall anchors. To put the short screw into the mounting bar was challenging (you have to maneuver a 1/4 inch screw into the bottom of a 4 inch tube). What would have been really helpful would to have included a wall template, but that was not a feature. It works as expected, mainly to aid in drying towels after a shower, but don't expect a very warm towel otherwise. ... show more

Unfortunately this doesn’t do what it’s supposed to! I had a bit more success with a hand towel compared to a bath towel but the warmth lasted less than a minute.

This product is overall a good towel warmer. It works well and is very efficient in warming up my towels quickly. The product comes with plastic plug anchors with screws, which only works with solid walls, not drywalls. These plug anchors did not work well so I had to buy separate anchors that would work for walls. But other then that, I like this product and would recommend it to anyone. This product is good for one big towel or multiple small towels just because of its size. ... show more
