My daughter absolutely loves this product. She uses it daily before and after school and it has been a wonderful way to keep her active and engaged in her sport. I really came to write this review though to give 5 stars to the customer service. We had an issue with a portion of the product tearing and the manufacturer immediately responded to my inquiry and replaced the damaged portion of the product. My 12 year old loves this. Definitely not something you want to take down and put back up every time you use it. Took two people about 15 minutes to put together so not bad. Very light and easy to move around.

My daughter is an only child and an outside who was looking to improve on her game and this net works perfect just for that! Her swings have improved so much in just a few weeks, and she is getting her timing down so much better.

    • Not fulfilling warranty yet and update
Straps came apart in April, 2024. Bought in August 2023. Business owner replied asking for pictures. After I sent pictures, still no response 2 weeks later. Send another email and still waiting to hear back. Paid $300 for this training net. At this point, I would keep searching for another brand if I were you. Update: June,2024 - company has sent a new back net to replace the original one that lasted 7 months. If you leave this practice training net outdoors, plan on buying a replacement about every 7 months when the 12 month warranty expires. ... show more
