The aerobic platform I have didn't have the best grip on the top surface, so I was hoping to find some grip tape that would work. The trick would be finding something would stick well to the HDPE (high-density polyethylene) plastic material. Turns out the adhesive for this product sticks very well to HDPE! I applied the grip tape to the platform and used a rubber roller to really press it down. I don't anticipate it peeling up at all. Very pleased! For anyone curious, the aerobic platform I have had plastic ridges on the top for grip (you can see the ridges on the side where the grip tape didn't reach). To maximize the adhesion of the grip tape, I removed the ridges using a sharp chisel and a hand planer (used for wood working) to get a flat surface.
