The pressure is even, it's a hair long for my short self, but still fit full leg length. Advise folding the top edge with the sticky dots outward if you have sensitive skin. Stayed up just fine that way. Wear a nonskid slippersock with these if you have non-carpeted flooring. Even my PT liked it!

Heel square printed on wrong side of sock (so that the open toe portion would go over the top of the toes if the heel square goes over your heels..?) Never had a Ted hose with this issue. Also band at the top does have grippers but is very tight around the upper thigh area and rolls down easy as the actual grip portion is only around a little above a inch thick.
