I needed a product to help with chaffing while walking around a theme park all day. It worked perfectly for keeping my legs from chaffing, but it also worked well when rubbed on my feet. It is a good quality product, although in my case I have to apply a lot before running or hard exercise (w/lots of sweat). Maybe it's my skin that is too sensitive, and therefore the amount I have to apply. That said, no allergies whatsoever, safe and nice product.
