I replaced a Wyze V3 on a commercial building with this ANRON C2. What an improvement for the same price. The picture quality is unbelievable compared to the previous camera as are the features. A lot more features that work, plus SD recordings that are EASY to access, 10-20 or 30 second record, NO cloud fees. I have the ANRON plugged in at the same location as the Wyze, much better coverage and twice as clear.. Another nice feature, the ANRON has built in battery backup. A big plus living in Florida with lots of power outages. No more unplugging to reset. I liked this camera so much I ordered another C2 solar and two ANRON K2's one a Q1 the other a Q3. I want to see the difference between AI and PIR notifications. Nice to have professional quality cameras on my commercial property. I shared the app with the tenants, they could not believe the picture quality and how it shows the detail of their cars in the parking lot. These cameras are real winners and tenant approved. lol. This compact Anran camera offers a high quality image both in full sunlight and dark settings. The built in light illuminates dark areas to improve the image quality. The AI camera detection basically eliminates false triggers, regardless of the alarm setting level. Meaning, you can set the alarm setting near maximum without having false triggers from swaying tree branches. The CoudEdge app utilized by Anran, is easy to install and use. You can either subscribe to cloud service and/or purchase a micro SD card up to 128 gigs. Included in the box is a USB C cable for charging and camera mount. The camera is compatible with an option solar panel, but will require a micro USB to USB C adapter. Some solar panels include it, so be sure to read the product description. Out of the box, set up was easy. Creating an account in the app was quick. I like that I can specify which type of action triggers the camera to record, and in a specific area of view, which saves the battery. I only have to charge this device once a month. Speech comes out clear through the camera. Controlling everything from my phone is convenient. I havent used the siren yet, and hope I don't ever have to. For the price, the pic and video quality meets my expectations. Storage does require an SD card or a cloud subscription. These are mounted outside the house two rooms out from the Wi-Fi router and they are showing excellent signal strength. Good image quality. You can turn on the light and it goes to color. And it has a very loud alarm. Good purchase.

This was the third one I tried to hook up; even called tech support for my internet provider (no help) Took the camera down and placed it next to the router and after a few tries it connected and works great. The only complaint is that there wasn’t supposed to be a monthly fee unless you chose cloud service. I checked the free service button with no recorded backup, but it wouldn’t let me do the final connection unless I chose an option that I have to pay a monthly subscription fee. ??
