I'm 5' 6" and 150lbs, ordered a medium. I have a small (A/B) chest and carry all my weight in my belly since my last pregnancy. No matter my nutrition and exercise plan, I look permanently pregnant and it's not getting any better in perimenopause. I usually order large to hide my gut, but his shirt works in medium for me, giving just enough shape without hugging too close. The v-neck and button combo draws attention away from my middle, which is what I need. The navy color is flattering on my skin tone - not to blue or blue-violet like many similar shirts. It's an excellent neutral staple for those who wear a cooler/dark palette. Opacity is good in the dark color I chose. You can't see through it. And the fabric is comfortable and breathable, if needy. Care is a little high maintenance. I have to wash it in a laundry bag, then hang on a drying rack. I find most clothing that flatters my body type now (the loose flowy textures) must be kept away from the dryer, so it's not a big deal to me as I'm already drying 70% of my tops this way. I experienced no shrinkage when following the care instructions this way. Given the care requirements, I'd say this shirt probably isn't very durable. But if well maintenanced, could last two years. Pretty good for fast fashion. If your shopping this price point, treat all your tops this way for longer life. ... show more

I really love these tops. I now have 5 in different colors and patterns. I started with a black one and fell in love with it. So I had to have more. They are all comfortable, fit true-to-size, look great on me and I think they will work all through summer and fall. I don't have any white ones, but the ones I have are not thin or see-through. A beautiful top, well made, looks nice, even if a bit more casual than I'd anticipated. Its produced in several gorgeous color(s) including a classic White. Unfortunately, I should have disregarded Amzs sizing push to order the larger size. I sized-down anyway bc Amz is using old orders to "guide" me. But the Small is still too big on me and hangs too low. In mid-thigh shorts it looks frumpy (on me, Im a short Senior). However! Im quite certain that others will appreciate the mildly extra roominess . It's a lovely blouse and, instead of 3 colors, I should have purchased only 1,to check the fit. The exchange process with the new Returns Rules have made Returning items just too time consuming, arduous and ri$ky, esp for seniors. Otherwise, I'd simply Return and re-purchase this top in a hopefully,more suitable size. The 3 blouses arrived quickly, well protected in a vacuum-sealed bag, and in brand New, un-worn, condition.
