This dress is simple but slightly elevated with the pocket and ribbing. It's comfortable on the inside and looks adorable on some. So why the lower rating? Because I'd have to weigh more for it to look adorable on me. I am a true XS, and unfortunately there are still a lot of brands that do not offer that size on Amazon. Sometimes a S will work, sometimes it won't. This one just looks like a nightgown, or maybe would be suitable for a swim coverup. No thanks. So disappointing.

This is a pretty simple shift dress. The fabric is stretchy and loose with deep ribbing. It’s one of those throw on and go type dresses. Comfortable and forgiving so if you had a big lunch, this will allow for it. ;) I wish it had pockets, but that’s personal preference. This dress will do just fine.

Love the fit and feel of this dress! The fabric is thick but lightweight and has a great deal of elasticity to it. It drapes beautifully and in a flattering way, and it moves very well. I find it to have a sophisticated simplicity that is just very versatile--and it looks more expensive than it is. It is well made and low maintenance. A perfect spring/summer wardrobe go-to staple. I ordered mine in a Medium and it fits just right (I'm 5'6", ~150lbs, 36D).
