Some energy loss (typically 30 - 45%) is normal during power conversion because of battery and circuitry design. After conversion, a fully charged 26,250 mAh power bank provides about 15,200 mAh to your devices. Why can't my power bank charge and recharge simultaneously? If the input power is too low (typically below 30W), the power bank’s output power may not meet the minimum charging needs of high-power devices like laptops, and thus it will stop charging. We recommend using a charger with at least 100W. Why doesn't Anker Prime Power Bank (26K, 300W), model A110A, charge my device at the expected wattage? Charging speed is determined by your device. Each device has a max input limit, and charging power decreases as the battery fills. A 60W cable limits charging to 60W, so use the included 240W cable. High temperatures may also reduce charging speed. Is it normal for the power bank or connected devices to feel warm during charging? Yes. It is normal for devices to generate heat during charging, especially when using your phone for gaming or video streaming. Use the product in a cool, well -ventilated place (32 - 77°F / 0 - 25°C) and pause use of devices that are charging. How should I maintain and store my power bank? Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid drops and impacts. Keep away from rain, snow, and liquids. If liquid enters, stop using immediately.

  • This thing is PEAK portable charging.
Set name: Power Bank+Charging Base
This thing is awesome. Charges my iPhone 17 like 6 times, or laptop once. It feels premium and well made. The dock is worth it… it wirelessly charges the bank in like 30 minutes. It has extra usb A and C ports on the side that you can charge a laptop or phone with while the bank recharges. If you plug an extra cord into the side of the dock or wall and into the bank itself while it’s on the wireless charger, the charging speed gets EVEN FASTER. This think is a beast. It is heavy but fits in my work bag, or suitcase no problem. Honestly the heavy feel makes it feel extra premium. If you’re on the fence, buy it. Just took an 8 hour roadtrip today, charged my phone twice and my laptop for an hour and I still had 65 percent charge left. Threw it on the dock and it was full again about 24 min later. ... show more

  • A great charger - not just for travel, super useful around the house - GET THE DOCK!
Set name: Power Bank+Charging Base
I gave this over a month of all sorts of use before reviewing. This is a very expensive charger and I originally bought it for travel, but it ended up being too heavy for my carry bag, so I almost sent it back. I’m so glad I didn’t! I had no idea how helpful this charger would be around the house. When it’s on its base, I can charge stuff right there and it doesn’t drain the battery, it charges via pass through. There are two USB-C ports, and one USB-A, so lots of charging capability. What I didn’t expect was how often I’d just grab the charger off the dock to charge something where I wanted to be. I use it to keep my phone charged while I’m using it to listen to music and reading a recipe in the kitchen. I grab it and charge my iPad at the kitchen table where I’m writing reviews. ;) I can bring it in the car with me if I have multiple kids with me, who all simultaneously ABSOLUTELY NEED the charging cable as soon as the car has left the neighborhood. A feature I didn’t think I needed turned out to be very helpful to me. I really like that it tells you how fast something is charging. I have some items that don’t have any indicator light to tell you if they are charging or not, but the display on this will tell you not only that it’s charging, but at what rate. Awesome. I keep one 3 foot Anker charging cable on there, so it’s always usable. Because the dock is so easy to use, set it on and take it off, it’s always ready to go. But even when I forget it and leave it overnight, I’ve never had it run out of charge. In one day off the dock, I’ve used it to charge my phone, my iPad, a rechargeable lamp, and a grill brush. It still had over 30% charge left on it the next day. It’s definitely a beast. I’ve never had any items get hot while they were charging, and the charger itself has never heated up. Personally, I wouldn’t use it for travel unless I was going somewhere that had no charging capabilities, otherwise I think it’s too heavy. It can’t go into checked luggage on a plane (although it is airline safe for carry on), and I’m never going anywhere that a smaller, more lightweight charger wouldn’t keep me until my destination. But I can see how this would be super convenient if you had a ton of things to charge and no recharging options for a long time. I wanted to leave a review because it’s hard to imagine spending this sort of money without knowing if other people have used it and liked it. I’ve used it and used it and used it, but I don’t like it - I love it! I’ve included a picture of the Anker charger charging a charger - today’s world, amirite? ... show more

  • Terrific power bank
Set name: Power Bank
I have been using this for about 3 months and love it. Not only is it a great battery, it works extremely well as a "conditioner" of current for charging devices. I often find myself in locations where the wall outlets have trouble pushing enough current (or maybe have some kind of other deficiency) to reliably charge a laptop. But if I run the current through this power bank, devices charge beautifully. And it charges my phone faster than any other charging source, including direct wall power blocks, computer connections, etc. It's heavy, but a great product. ... show more

  • Excellent high-capacity, high-rate power bank
Set name: Power Bank
This is a top notch power bank. Very well made, nice built-in display and a great app for your phone can be down-loaded (though it's a bit bloated at 256MB). I can charge my Microsoft Surface in about an hour from a dead battery. This unit charges in about 90 minutes, but I strongly recommend at 65W to 100W charger, otherwise it will take much longer. Be sure to use 5-amp USB-C cables to connect your equipment. In my opinion, this is the best power bank on the market that you can bring onto an airplane. I have several power banks and this is the best of the lot I own. ... show more

  • Best battery/charger base combo I have found
Set name: Power Bank+Charging Base
Excellent battery and charging base. Battery One usb A and two usb c ports provide sufficient cabling for my needs Enough charging capacity to charge an iPhone 17 pro max and a iPad Pro multiple times Have had no issue charging items and charging the battery at the same time The ability to toggle through the different data outputs is also a huge plus. Appears Anker did the job on this one Charger base This is a huge plus (worth it’s own review) Small enough to carry in a separate bag (Anker needed to supply one, but I had one that came with my laptop bag) but worth taking with you. The bad Ed has 4 additional ports (two usb c and two usb A) such that I can take the battery in the field for charging phone or camera batteries and leave other items charging in the hotel…. Can’t emphasize how cool that is. Even with the battery charging can still use the base as a charging hub (e.g I can keep my Anker MagSafe 3 in 1 travel charger plugged in) Highly recommend this product… do need to check to see if they sell separate batteries without base as only one base would be sufficient ... show more

  • The best I’ve ever used! It performs well and it’s beautifully designed.
Set name: Power Bank
I absolutely love this charger! It provides a clear reading of the remaining charge, which is incredibly useful. I also have some of the old flat Anker chargers that I adore. Sometimes, the square cross-section format is also great. Of course, I love it for its capacity and its ability to extend the battery life of my laptop during flights. It’s a common occurrence to find that the power outlet at my seat isn’t working or even nonexistent, forcing me to stretch my laptop battery’s life. This charger comes to the rescue in such situations, providing the necessary boost. It’s well-built and exudes a sense of satisfaction. The solid feel, the cool design, and of course, the exceptional performance are the real reasons why I love it. ... show more

  • No disappointments
Set name: Power Bank
I bought this one for my son as I have the older generation. This one has a very functional app to support and plenty of juice to charge up all your devices. I wouldn't hesitate to pick up anything Anker at this point. My 1st generation as 1000s of charges, still performs perfectly and this one is nicer and slimmer with more output power and charging capability. ... show more

  • Pricey but worth it, especially if you get it on sale.
Set name: Power Bank+Charging Base
Got it on a great sale but it was definitely still expensive. That being said it's an amazing power bank that is big enough to charge multiple device several times over. Bought it to take on vacation with us and it was exactly what we needed, easily fit in my cargo pants pockets or would be easy to drop in a purse/backpack. The display is a nice touch, letting you know exactly how much charge you have left and the speed it's charging devices at. There is an Anker app you can download which is needed for firmware updates. ... show more
