The Anker Prime Power Bank is extremely convenient and compatible! I bought it on amazon prime day and got a deal. Worth it. It boasts a hefty 20K capacity and a 200W output, making it easy to carry during travel and fit in plane luggage. It's lightweight, so carrying it or slipping it into your backpack for anytime use is effortless. It's compatible with all my devices, significantly simplifying my tech life. I've used it with my iPhone, Samsung, and particularly my MacBook and iPad without any hitches. It can even charge the Apple Watch with the appropriate charger. Battery life test (By charging the device from 5% to 30%): The device: iphone12p ipad2020 mac 13 air battery decrease 5.8% 25.1% 40.5% Speed test: It's comparably fast to using a plug (though, charging the iPad is slower than expected). Overall, it's compatible with the iPhone and MacBook, but the iPad charging didn't meet my expectations. The digital display is a standout feature, showing the exact remaining battery life so I always know precisely how much charge is left—no more guessing.     • battery failed, mocked and ridiculed by customer support

My battery failed after a dozen or so charge cycles at which point the battery would, when fully charged, just start to drain itself while nothing is plugged in. Within about 24 hours the battery, sitting on a table with nothing connected would be fully depleted. I contacted customer support for troubleshooting and resolution, they provided solutions that were ignorant of the actual issue, suggesting that I am dumb enough to have left something plugged in and then complain that the battery is being deleted Then they finally agree to do a warranty replacement. They give me a return shipping label for USPS priority mail. When I go to drop off the return package, they reject it saying that I cannot use this shipping label to ship lithium ion batteries. I update customer support about this, they tell me to go try more USPS locations in hopes that someone will accept it. I spend hours driving around multiple USPS branches, no one will accept it. They then tell me to try another shipping company and pay with my own money and they will reimburse me later. I once again drive for hours looking for a UPS or FEDEX location that will accept the package. In the email, they mock me saying "good luck" as though the task of getting this package to them is some sort of prank. Finally after arguing with a FedEx shipping center employee, they accept the package. They now refuse to give me a tracking number for the replacement item, saying it's too early but also saying in the same email that the replacement had already been "released." I also have not received any indication of confirmation of a pending refund. Terrible experience. Don't deal with customer support if you have an issue, just return the item as defective. They will make it as hard as possible for you to get a solution. Read to the reviews, this is not on par with the Anker quality that I have known. ... show more

Put it on the back of my Oculus Quest Pro with some industiral outdoor rated velcrow in an uneven fashion. Its very janky and heavy but I love how much juce thing thing holds and how rediculously quick it can charge. Gives me many more hours of play and from the wattage checker I have been using it has no issues so far. Just remember to always use at least an USB IF certified cable to avoid issues. [Would not reccomend sticking it on your own headset but might be great in your pocket instead while playing.] I use this thing to fast charge my phone, handheld, vr headset, and computer. I have wanted the combo of this power bank and 100W charging base for a long time, but I've held off due to the $$ price. I bought them during Prime Days and saved $100. Great combination! The charging base provides 100W when you recharge the power bank when it's very low. Both Anker Products provided the excellent quality, reliability and appearance I've come to expect from all their products. I bought this kind of as an impulse buy, even though it's not priced as an impulse buy. 😅 The bank is kind of heavy which is not really a bad thing. The battery life so far is not that bad, although I have an older power bank that holds more energy. The older one does not display the power level very well which is why I wanted this bank. The rate of charge for this bank is really good. It charges really fast on the base and you can actually charge other devices while the base is charging the bank. The one thing that tripped me up while I was setting this item up was that the base will not charge the bank if the bank is completely depleted. The base will blink the white circle three times and nothing else. As all of the setup material is in a different language I had a hard time figuring this out for myself.
