My phone’s battery health is in the low 80s, and my will drop down to 50% or 40% remaining by the time I get home from work. I use this power bank to charge it while I’m sitting at the counter eating while watching a video, or while I’m playing a game in my recliner and not near an outlet. I’d rather not run a long cord from the wall to my chair so I use this power bank to charge my phone while I game, and I also use it to charge my controller. It’s been so useful. So far I’ve been using it for all of last week and it lasted the whole 7 days without needing a recharge. When it does need a recharge, it doesn’t take long at all. Normally it’ll take about 2hrs, but in the app you can set it to take longer to charge, to optimize its life, and that takes about 3 or 4hrs from 0 to 100. The screen tells you how much current is being put into the device and how much is being output, and the app tells you the same as well. I like this a lot more than I thought I would. It really shines when paired with the base station. I feel like the base station should have been included though. I noticed there was a bundle for the 20,000mah version and the base station, but not for the highest capacity 27,000mah. Would have been nice and a bit cheaper. Buying both together is expensive, but for a high quality power bank and the convenience of wireless dock charging and fast input and output, it’s really nice. My only complaint, if any, is lack of wireless charging built in for phones. This thing is the size of a brick and certainly weighs as much, why couldn’t they put a wireless charging spot below the screen mid way or something? Or on the back? A lot of devices are moving to wireless charging, for Anker’s most premium power bank, I feel like that should have been built into it. It’s not like it’s lacking the room for it. But I can get by with my MagSafe cord, it’s just a minor complaint if I had any at all. Oh, and the screen doesn’t rotate like the older model did. One thing I noticed is I can’t use the power bank while it is docked. I’m sure there’s a safety reason for that, but I’ve had one other power bank from another company that worked while it was charging. So it could charge a device such as a phone, while also receiving energy to charge the power bank itself. That power bank recently stopped working though. Still works, but the capacity has really gone down for only being 2yrs old. Maybe that’s why we can’t do that with Anker’s power bank? Idk, I just feel like it’s possible to do but maybe it has an effect on the longevity of the power bank. It’s not a big deal, the base has the same 3 usb ports on its side as the power bank has on top, but it was something I tried to do and noticed it wouldn’t work so I wanted to point that out. Overall though I think this is an excellent power bank and well worth the purchase, but maybe wait till you see a sale as it is certainly pricey

I carry this in my backpack and use as an additional power source for my laptop, phone, and ROG Ally. Anker tends to be my brand of choice when it comes to chargers and cables and this is one of their best portable battery packs. It charges devices super fast at up to 140W and can itself be charged at at that same speed, so it's quick to recharge once you've used it. The LCD display looks nice and shows the battery level as well as the charging speed on each of the ports. There's an app for it available as well, but this mostly just shows more of the same of what you see on the display. The power bank is somewhat heavy, but it's to be expected for its capacity. It also comes with a cloth carrying pouch, to help protect it. Even in situations where I'm near an outlet I'll often just put this out on the table and hook up that way just so I don't have to bother with long cables. It's certainly one of the more expensive battery banks out there, but you get a lot of quality for the price. I've been buying Anker products for almost 10 years and they haven't let me down yet.
