Edited: Raised due to great customer service. They contacted me right away to ask me about the model number and feedback to fix possible issues with it. They even offered a refund or an exchange. They didn't even ask me to change my review, so I found it admirable. This makes me feel that they really value improvement. As an android user, and an owner of many of their other products, this made me feel like I can trust them. I already got another battery pack for my trip after my original post but if I need another pack, I'll definitely try out this one again to see the changes. Old: 2/5 Subject: Burden to charge :( Content: Bought it back in August been having trouble since September. Its sturdy and a nice material but MAN it is so hard to charge. It worked so well for like one cycle and then it never charged again. I tried plugging it in to different plugs, outlets. BUT it still takes over a day to recharge. I am just tired of it and am going to see it there is a better one on the market. I'm putting this review out to hopefully help someone else.

Anker, the brand, always produces amazing products, and this battery pack is no different. With one batter, you can get multiple full charges off a single charge. I do recommend charging this overnight as it takes awhile, but this simple battery will last you. It's compatible with several cord types, but keep a USB-C handy to charge the actual batter. It's durable, portable, and easy to hide. What more could you ask for? (This doesn't support wireless charging.)

You cannot beat the value. I think this is great to have if you do camping or travel. Never know when you need an extra charge. The charging speed if good and the weight isn't terrible. It is a battery overall. The design is cool too, sleek and easy to put in almost any pocket in a standard backpack.

Kinda takes forever to charge the power bank, but does charge devices quickly and lasts a long time for powering other things like lights. Initially purchased to use with fan blown up Halloween costume, and it worked great! Now using for usb tree lights and again working fabulously. Kids have used for iPad charging in the car and they work great for that also. Very durable, and seem to last a long time. It’s kinda heavy, but it is slim. I recommend if you don’t need something that charges up faster with . It does charge up with usbc and micro usb which takes forever and a day, and has USBc in/out USBa out.

I got two of these for my kids so they can have an extra battery back. Their tablet dies often so we needed a battery they can use, and can be portable enough for them to use with no issues. The quality is really good and it has stranded up the rest of time. We travel often and these are small enough (and light enough) to go into a backpack for travel.
