As others reviwers have mentioned, this charger feels very warm to the touch when in use, especially if using the phone at the same time. In my opinion, it doesn’t feel hot enough to cause an unwanted fire under normal use away from low flash point substances That said, it attaches easily magnetically, stays attached with some bumping, and charges quickly with my wall charge adapter. I like that I can charge the phone face down, and that seems to make it a bit cooler to touch. I like the charcoal grey colour, and it may seem thicker than some other chargers, but that more likely due to the dome shape. I like the dome shape because it’s easier to know which way it goes on the phone when I’m fumbling in the dark to charge it at my bedside. In the past, I have had great luck with the quality, performance and endurance of Anker products. The quality of this magnetic wireless charger seems no different, so value for money seems fair here. I will continue to use them after this purchase.

Quick Review: I’ve been using Anker products for years and have yet to have any issue with their products. This charger does run warm/hot, but does the job. It charger my iPhone 15 with no issues. I'll continue to support Anker products. Full: This does look nice with my Anker case (told you I supported Anker products). I have yet to have any issue. I purchased this after I dropped my phone and the USB-C port no longer works. Between all the cables, chargers, solar panels, etc. I have from Anker, this is another product to add to my 'arsenal'. There are complaints/reviews about the heat, but I don't see an issue. I'll continue to use Anker products until something devastating happens.

Very convenient for charging my Galaxy s25. Magnet sticks to back, and while not quite as fast as fast charging it's worth it for the convenience. I took one star off because the unit really does got hot.

I can’t overstate how crucial this MagSafe pad has become. My phone’s charging port has seen better days — unreliable at best, completely unresponsive at worst — and this charger is the only reason I’m still functioning until I can replace the device. It clicks in easily, charges fast enough to keep me moving, and has been absolutely reliable when I needed it most. I have multiples now — one at home, one at work, one thrown into the abyss of my travel bag — because when your main charging method goes rogue, you don't gamble. You build redundancies. The MagGo pad isn’t flashy, but it’s fast, sturdy, and does exactly what it promises without drama. Just a heads-up: you’ll need your own wall charger, but if you already live in the Anker ecosystem (or even if you don’t), it's a no-brainer. 10/10 would panic-buy again.

This works to charge my iPhone SE(2). However it will often overheat and pause. It will stay warm while NOT charging and NOT resume sometimes. Maybe that’s an issue with the phone software, or glitch in charging protocol. The solution is taking it off, and putting it back. There is no way to align the phone perfectly if your phone is not MagSafe. There is no rubber on the bottom to keep it in place on a small nightstand. That’s how it is. Overall the quality of materials is good. A wired charging solution is better than this, but with the downside of wearing out Apple’s lightning port (which only survives a few thousand plugins). So I’m stuck with the Anker, and will continue using it when I get a MagSafe phone. I also like their charging adapters. This works fine with a 15W, even if they recommended a bigger one. It’s an acceptable way to charge but not perfect.
