I have been buying Anker products for a while and love the look and feel. This is nicer than Apple's charger and does not have any of the wire fraying issues. The new model is super flexible and just perfect. However my cable died after 9 months of normal use! I was pleasantly surprised how easy and welcoming the customer support agent Malcolm was. He quickly realized I had already taken all of the troubleshooting steps and offered a free replacement without needing to send the damaged one back. He thoroughly explained what to expect, how to recycle my old cable in an environmentally friendly way, and overall was just a pleasure to talk to. Wish more companies would invest in this level of support! The first cable I received worked for a day and then stopped. I tried it on multiple devices - but none of them charged. Anker then responded to the feedback I sent them and to my negative review of the item. Once they responded they expressed a lot of concern and wanted to make things right. They sent me another cable which I've been using for a few days now. I am happy to say that it is working perfectly thus far. So, I'm changing my rating to 4 stars. I'm holding back one star because of the problems with the first cable. But I am very appreciative of the company's responsiveness and wouldn't hesitate to purchase other products from this company. ... show more

Idk if that’s a stretch or not but, I absolutely love the length of this cord as well as it’s quality. Over the last year or so I’ve bought 6 or so of these cords replacing old ones. They have all held up so well I can’t tell which ones are newer and which are the older ones purchased. Buying another one tonight so I can hide it so my kids don’t steal it. ... show more

I have been using this charger for almost 2 years now and it has been great. Recently, the wire became a bit damaged but when I reached out to Anker customer support, Justin explained that this product comes with a lifetime warranty and was quickly able to set up a replacement for my charger. Even with the damage the charger works relatively well. It's just spotty at times but I'm relieved that I can get a replacement for it regardless. ... show more
