So the balloons are great quality none of the balloons with the characters popped easily which was great! My favorite was the Tom balloons. The kit came with everything you need . I loved the happy birthday banner & it was a good hard cardboard. It was for my sister's 21st birthday and she loves animal crossing. The only thing I had a issue with was the double sided tape; it was to sticky so trying to even lightly touch it , it kept getting stuck to everything. This didn’t come with the cake top cutouts as pictured and the stickers are just little circles and hard to connect to straw. This is not worth the money. You can get more for less. Do not buy

This came and I just look thru package didn't open it. Birthday party day opened it to put up banner ! There was NO string to put it up ! No where does it say I have to buy string separately.

Set was missing string to tie banner together, glue to attach sticks to cake topper & balloons smelled so badly of chemicals we were unable to use them even after letting them air out a week. Very disappointing I had to make an additional purchase of tape for the cake topper sticks & ribbon to attach the banner to complete this set. Would not reccomend. ... show more
