You get what you pay for when you spend the money on this mirror. This is the second one we've purchased for our home remodel. These mirrors are very well made and high quality. They're heavy and sturdy. They seem to be packed well, no damage from either delivery. But after reading the material supplied in the box this company offers free replacement if it shows up damaged.
