This mineral sunscreen with an SPF of 30 is perfect for everyday wear. It left no white caste on my skin and absorbs easily so I can continue with my makeup application. This has 15.7% zinc oxide. It contains some great anti aging ingredients including squalene, hyaluronic acid, and shea butter. I've had skin cancer on my face so good sun protection is important to me. I spend too much time looking at a screen and if this SPF can help mitigate any damage to my skin, I'm all for it. You get 2.7 ounces for a good price.     • Helps mitigate damage from blue light!
Most of us are being bombarded with blue light from our phones, computers, iPads and other devices including our televisions. An effective BROAD SPECTRUM sunscreen (one that blocks UVB AND UVA rays) is a must. Additionally now there is another ingredient in this cruelty-free product. Ectoin has been around for decades but is only coming to the fore now because of the attention people are paying to blue light and the damage it can do. Ectoin can not only help fight against damage caused by blue light by protecting skin at the cellular level but it also staves off inflammation and dryness and, over time , can help reduce fine lines and wrinkles. Every day put on your nourishing products like serums like contain many protective and repairing ingredients. Your moisturizer should also have skin loving ingredients like vitamin C and E which together are greater than the sum of their parts. Retinol (a form of Vit A is imperative). Some use just at night either way it is great for the skin hyaluronic which we produce naturally and can hold up to 1000 its weight in water. A fabulous inclusion in this reasonable product at full price but on sale this Thanksgiving week is bio-designed collagen, which many are calling collagen 2.0. It is made on a lab without requiring animal, skin, cartilage etc and not only does it make it possible to be cruelty free and vegetarian/ vegan (no animals have to be killed to make it) but they are able to control the purity as they know exactly what went in each batch. Before I even knew about the bio-collagen I just knew it was a great vegan, not tested on animals sunscreen that didn’t dry out my face one bit. It is true that some people may need to rub the sunscreen on to ensure the white from the zinc doesn’t show but as you are supposed to wait 20 minutes after applying before exposure. I apply this after all my serums etc. (sunscreen should be last after serums and moisturizers) I let it set and then apply makeup and then go about the remainder of my routine before I head out and start my day. I hope this helps! I have bought this more than once as I have long been a fan of Andalou, and am happy they keep improving and that I can be confident what I am buying is excellent quality and they work to minimize environmental as well as animal impact as they really go hand in hand. I have been using this SPF 30 cream for years and it is my favorite. You do not have any oily, shiny or thick feeling on your face. It is excellent to add to a foundation. Smooths on very nicely and doesn't leave a white color once absorbed in the face. I like the good ingredients from this brand also and use many other products of theirs.     • Love this, but leaves a little white residue on your skin
I feel really good about using this product because I feel like it is not toxic like other sunscreens. If you use a little and rub it in well, it’s hard to tell that it’s there. If you are like my husband and you use a lot without rubbing it in well, then it will likely show.

    • Best daily suncreen/moisturizer for natural finish
This is the first facial sunscreen w/ moisturizer I've used that's actually light enough to NOT leave a white cast on my face. It blends really easy and is super light weight. I don't feel it under my makeup and it's definitely helped cut down on any redness from everyday sun exposure. (I have super sensitive skin that reddens if I'm in direct sun for more than 10 min). I think another important factor to note is that I'm fair-skinned/Caucasian so I can't say for sure if it blends as well or would be invisible on someone with darker skin. I love this product and use it all the time. I bought some for Christmas gifts and just saw they expire in Feb 2025. I can return one but the other is outside the return date. Shame on amazon for selling product that will expire soon. Wont order from Amazon for this again.

I really wanted to love this sunscreen but I just can't. It dries my skin out, pills when I apply concealer, and god help you if you rub your eye....it buuuuuurrrrrns. I can't use this as part of my skin care routine any longer. :/
