Have used for several months. It helps me tremendously with sleep and muscle aches. After showering I put 4-5 sprays in armpits. If you put it in after shaving it will sting for a bit, but I'm not sensitive so it doesn't bother me much. I sleep soundly and without waking up. I absolutely believe it helps with other symptoms such as anxiety and constipation. The ONLY negative for me is the sticky - gummy feeling it leaves on your skin. It does wonders for feet issues but you can't apply it and go to bed, it will be all over your sheets. If I need to put on my feet, I spray it on, and sit with my feet up on the ottoman for about 20-30 min. Then, wash off and go to bed. It's ABSOLUTELY worth using, and the extra effort to wash off. The benefits far outweigh the "sticky residue"issue. I will continue to purchase this *unless* the price skyrockets.

Didn't know what to make of this product. Because I have always used magnesium in pill form. But thought I would give it a try. I live close enough to the ocean to get in a Plunge or two per week. Nothing compares to that. But this Antient Minerals comes very close. The first night of applying, I sleep was incredible. Now the only down side is,, at least for myself. After application. I take a hot shower and wash off all the oil. I wait at least 1 hour. The texture leaves a film of shorts on the skin, which I have found, will itch after about 30 minutes. Just allow this stuff to seep in, and your good to go

I wish I would have gotten the biggest bottle ever! For me it made a huge difference in my sleep and overall I felt loads better after just a week of using it! Use it on my kiddo as well after hockey practice (post shower) before he goes to bed and it has helped his recovery time. He did have some tingling the first 2 times but just those two times so make sure to spot check that you aren't allergic is my suggestion.

Wow, this product has changed my sleep for the better! I have been using sublingual magnesium for months and was not seeing the results I wanted. I saw a friend post about this and ordered immediately. I have been using this at night before bed by rubbing it onto my feet. Within 30 minutes I feel an overwhelming sense of calmness and my eyes get heavier. I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day! 10/10 would recommend!

Are use this product on the bottom of my feet before bed and it’s help with my insomnia and anxiety. I did try it under my arms as recommended for reduction of body odor, but it stings really bad so I wouldn’t recommend that. The product does leave a slightly salty residue, but I would say it’s worth it

My sister in law and both started using it at the same time, daily use, works wonderfully for her, no smell all day. I however ended up having a horrible reaction, severe itching and bumps and rash in my pits. It works to take smell away but I had a horrible reaction and discontinued use.

The spray makes a huge difference with my crampy, achy back. It has even made my period cramps not as intense. The only downside is it makes me itch and sting for a few minutes. I believe there is oil you can put on first to help with that.
