Hi I am magnesium deficient from transplant meds, MG pills cause horrible diarrhea. I said let me give this mg oil a try I read that transdermal is just as effective as the pills without having to go through the stomach. Well I can say due to kidney rejection at the moment I was having bad pains in joints. Hard to sleep I started spraying this mg oil and my pains are less painful my mg level is higher almost normal just 2 more point but definitely a significant difference. From the lowest level. I use it 4 days a week I put it on my shoulders, elbows, knees, ankles the pain lessened as soon as first initial use of this product. I sleep with it. Wash off in the morning. If I have a headache I rub some on my temples instant relief. I'm totally sold on this product. My Dr does not believe me, because she only believes in the pills but I don't take those pills the magnesium oxide for a month now. It took me about a month to open the bottle just for fear and they make you believe you need every single pill, but I couldn't live with that diarrhea every day of my life she sent me to gastro saying I must have chrons or gluten issues. I went to Gastro he said tests are negative it is the magnesium oxide. So I really needed to try something else. If you are on the fence don't be give it a try. I am totally indebted to this company for making it. I can leave my house now and sleep at night from less pain. I cannot say enough great things about this product. Thank you! ... show more

I ordered a large tub of magnesium oil from ancient minerals back in 2014. I was still using it in 2019, until i ran out and had to get a new bottle. This stuff is much stronger than the old stuff. I love it! It stings a bit more, but i follow up with argan oil, and the sting isn't a problem. I need way less oil than i used to. Very pleased! I used to get terrifying nightmares and wake up every night at 230am, with this weird trembling feeling in my stomach. I spray this oil on my thighs, belly, and back before bed and i have no nightmares and sleep all the way through the night. ... show more

Love this product and I simply can't live without it. I was a horrible insomniac for several years, commonly not sleeping a wink for 5 nights straight. If you have ever been there, you understand what that is like. If I have to have a dislike, I would say it is a little itchy at times but it does go away. I personally consider that a very small price to pay for finally being able to sleep. Been sleeping like a baby. Just incredibly grateful.... I've been using this product daily for a year. It's hard to know if something is making a difference in your life, but I'll try to say what this has done for me. I base this on my how I felt before I took the magnesium and how I feel now, with nothing else in my life changing (my workouts, diet, sleep, hasn't changed). The biggest change is that I have been applying this spray daily. I don't feel sleepy/drowsy during the day anymore. I used to get drowsy around 2-3pm and struggle to get to the end of a workday. Even when I eat junk food I still feel wide awake through the entire day. I never truly felt "wide awake" before regular magnesium. Now I am more awake and alert than before. I fall asleep easier and think I get better sleep. I don't wake up as much during the night, and I definitely wind down and go into sleep faster. It feels like my muscles work better. This is hard to describe, but it's almost like the fibers are sliding better. I haven't pulled muscles much since applying the magnesium. When I workout, I don't feel as tight in the muscle, they feel more fluid. Like I say, they seem to work better, more efficiently. I feel stronger in my workouts (mostly endurance wise, like stronger on the last rep), I recover faster and I don't feel as sore as I used to. That's about the extant of what I've noticed. I'm sure there's been other things but things that are imperceptible to me. It is said that magnesium is essential for 300 or more chemical processes in the cells, so I can't help but think this is important for the body. I don't think I'll ever go back. This is a refill sized item. The quality of this size is not as good as the smaller pump spray bottle. It stings more. It doesn't seem to leave as much chalky residue on my skin and. I wonder if it has as much magnesium as the spray bottle I was more satisfied with. Oh well, it is still a fine product for nerve pain relief. Purchased as a refill, but is not same concentration as smaller size. Has oil added (supposed to be magnesium chloride only). Effectiveness is greatly reduced.

I began using Mag oil because it helps with the twitching that happens around my eye lids. For some reason it helps. Little did I know that while using it for one thing it was clearing up other things on and within my body. I absolutely love this stuff. It does sting or burn some if I use it while busy. #1 the only issue that i have is that it leaves my skin ashy! But other than that all is well. I have some in a small spray bottle and i try to use it every night. Mostly on my knees and when i get up, i feel so much better! Sometimes it stings but its NOTHING that can't be dealt with because it only last for a very short time.
