It's a great little stove, a little narrower and short than the Camp Chef I was replacing so I will have to add some filler. It's a pretty basic stove/oven combo with decent enough quality. The stainless steel is low grade and magnetic just like my hood vent but it's a great upgrade for the price. The control knobs are large and all stainless steel as well. The knobs are backlit blue if you turn on the backlighting and will turn red when the corresponding burner is lit. The oven has a light too. The unit was nicely packaged with a wood frame and hard plastic corners to prevent damaged along with the typical Styrofoam. Installation was a breeze with the provided stainless steel screws. You will need a 12v positive and negative supply per usual the black is positive and white is negative. I had to wait about 45 seconds to get gas through the line before it would light for the first time but once that was done, everything lit immediately with one turn of the igniter. It's a nice upgrade to any RV or cabin kitchen or even a mother in law unit. I can even place a griddle across the back if needed ... show more

This stainless steal pan is so shiny and pretty when you get it you almost feel bad for using it. It had a rack inside it to hold the meat up out of all the grease. I like to put veggies around the bottom of the rack to add flavor to the meat. It works great and is easy to clean up. This is a nice basic roasting pan. I gave it a 4 star rating instead of a 5 because it's not as sturdy or heavy as my old one, although I think it will hold up just fine. The included roasting rack is really nice. It is heavy weight and has a good curve to it to keep your meat or bird out of the juices at the bottom of the pan. The rack has convenient handles to make managing your roast or poultry easy. The pan also has nice handles that fold down next to the side of the pan. My old one had fixed handles that stuck up all the time and we constantly burned ourselves because of this. This pan has relatively low sides which work well in our convection oven. This handsome stainless steel pan is not just for turkey. I baked a ham in it and it cooked evenly. I live in a high altitude climate, so cooking anything in the oven takes longer. This is a good sized stainless steel roasting pan with removable rack. The pan has convenient handles for lifting, and the rack also has handles. While of a large size, this roasting pan is rather flimsy. I can flex the bottom of the pan with my hand. The pan is made with riveted handles that fold down alongside the pan. One of the handles is loose when I lift it, and the other handle is very tight and sticks while lifting, making me concerned that it might make lifting the roasting pan with a heavy item in it precarious as the pan wouldn't lift smoothly and evenly. The rack that fits inside the pan is not at all well finished and has quite a few sharp bits of metal all over the metal bars that are sharp enough to cut your hand. I have a close-up of one of those spots, but they are numerous on the rack. Since the rack is so poorly finished, and could cause injury, I can't recommend this pan. ... show more

This is a really great roasting pan set! I'm impressed with the quality of this for that price. As a former chef I can honestly say this is better than most of the ones we used in our commercial kitchen. The pan itself is thick and durable, not flimsy at all. There are handles on both sides that help with maneuvering. Nice large roasting pan that can easily accommodate a chicken, roast, or turkey. The rack that it comes with is also pretty heavy duty and has handles as well making it easy to lift out of the roasting pan. I love that it has nice large feet on it to keep it higher up off of the roaster. The pan is large and deep too, tons of room in this for meat and veggies! Great for family gatherings, outings, and events. Super easy to clean, I haven't had anything stick to this and always hand wash and dry. Overall I really like the quality of this set and it has worked great for our Sunday dinners with the whole family! Highly recommend! ... show more

Love this stainless steel roasting pan with the V shaped rack. The pan and rack is very strong and sturdy you can really roast heavier items in this pan and they will cook evenly and brown, while you are still roasting your vegetables and you will be able to cook other items in the roaster including lasagna, making this a very functional and versatile pan. ... show more
