These turned out pretty neat. When I first got them I waited, trying to decide how to hang them since others said they were rather labor intensive. Halloween is a big deal at our house, we get lots of trick or treaters so I really wanted others to see them too. I decided I would hang them outside. We have a covered entrance were the kids would enter thru. I wanted them to hang and not blow around if it got breezy since they aren't very heavy, so I knew I wouldn't use the string that came with them. I thought I would have to secure weights or something to them, when I went to Home Depot to look for how I was going to hang them I found "planting wire". A small gauge green colored wire, I already have hooks in the entrance for a vine, so I cut the wire at various lengths and then wrapped them around each hook. I hope they hold up if it gets windy, but they sure look nice today. It didn't take as much time to hang them as I thought they would. I may buy again for next year in case these don't hold up to being outside. I hope the pics do justice of how neat they turned out. ... show more

They look great!! Turns out my apartment ceilings are very high, so I had to hang most of them on the wall, but this is no fault of the product itself. They're very sturdy and the one I did hang from the ceiling (the chandelier, of course) looks amazing!! These were cute decorations for Halloween. The chandelier is the best element with lots of detail. It looked good hanging in the doorway. The other elements are nice but a bit small. I put this up at work for Halloween and it was gorgeous. I really liked the ravens, and the spiral hanging system on some of the objects. You can choose which items you want to hang, but I did them all. The chandelier was easy to assemble and looked great. I put them up in a small corridor with a background pasted along the walls of a haunted forest. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00B01L5E8/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_4 That was a little too dark to see, so I would use something different next time. I LOVE these! Really, I do. Halloween is a 'big deal' around our house, and I start decorating really early; Mid-Sept. the totes come out of storage, and by the 1st of Oct, the decorations are ready to be on display! So, I bought these this year to add some 'bling' to the ceiling. The cut outs are HARD - not flimsy paper like they look here and the sizes are appropriate for dangling. There is some assembly of the chandelier, but it's nothing major and it's not super great quality -- but they're fun decorations! Highly recommend! ... show more

    • Takes a long time to prep and set up
This was actually very difficult to hang. There is a perforated hole on each item, but it doesn’t come out, so I had to get a pencil to poke it through, but then the hole was too big. You have to cut lengths of string for each item, make a hole to put it through, and then tie a knot at the back of each to be able to hang each one. It took way longer than I had anticipated for decorating for my party. The shapes are pretty cool. The spiral ones are a shiny flat plastic, and the glittery looking ones are the other shapes. By the way, tape will NOT stick to the glittery ones. ... show more

These decorations are perfect for decorating a hall for a Halloween party. We had plenty to fill the room. They are easy to put together-the holes are a little small so you will need a tool to punch out the piece where the hole is-but overall they turned out nicely.
