This balloon was great as far as the size, the quality and the appearance. However, it’s best used in a bouquet of balloons because the tab to hang it was only on the bottom of the cap. I wanted to hang it over balloon arch, and there was nowhere to attach the balloon. I finally decided to use packaging tape and just stick it where I wanted it to be. ... show more
