As someone who’s training for a marathon, hydration is very important, especially in Texas heat and on long runs. The water bottle is clean looking and fits in my hand well, the band has an adjustable and removable strap to help the feel and comfort of it. It doesn’t stay cold long, but that is expected with a plastic water bottle. (fill it all the way with ice and put it in the fridge or freezer for a while, it’ll keep your drink colder once you fill it and go.) It feels well built, very lightweight to where sometimes I even forget it’s there! I also enjoy the amount it holds, it lasts me 10 miles if I space it out enough ... show more

This handheld is very comfortable to carry, especially with the Y-shaped bands that provides a spot for your thumb, and the flat, more ergonomic bottles. . I’ve had no leaking issues. Overall, it has a great minimalist feel. However, the design is poor. The soft material of the hand loop/band attaches at the top via laser or RF welds to a rigid plastic ring that sits under the lid. This is already showing signs of wear after two runs! In my opinion, there should be an intention below the lid that an elastic or webbing band rides in. While this handheld is fine for short runs, and I’ll find some way to rig up an attachment when it breaks, I definitely would not carry this on longer runs or races where breakage would be a more serious issue. ... show more
