I bought these to replace my old cushions. The dark gray color is exact, and so far the material repels water. The cushions fit perfectly to my set. Unfortunately, the cushions are very thin. The cushions are a little thin and I can already see that they probably won't last that long since after just a couple of days I can see impressions in the seats. We did have a couple issues at first with a broken zipper on one cushion cover and one cushion did not "open" up all the way after being vacuum sealed.
