Never worn the "C" brand so can't compare, but these are flexible enough to be comfortable while still having some reasonable arch support and much better than the old "flip flops" for walking the dog in the dark and just "kicking around" the house and yard. I slammed one of my toes on a table leg the other night walking around barefoot in the dark, and not having to endure any more tear-jerking accidents like that is well worth the cost of these "cover your toes" clogs. Hey, I noticed a good number of my summer school students wearing this style of clog as well, so maybe I will have a go at being old but "kewl at school" and see what happens... >> OK the size for me was way off on my first order as I am a 12.5 in athletic shoes but the WineRed color size 12 was like a pair of clown shoes and walking around in a pair of boats is not comfortable for me and they went right back. Looking at the sizing chart and measuring my feet (not a bad idea in the first place) it looked like the 10s would put my heel right down in the cup without any space behind it, maybe even a little too small but the 12s were sooooo much too big that I went ahead with the 10s. That was the right decision (lucky, really) and the 10s are comfortably loose all the way around with maybe 1/4 inch between my heel and the back of the foot cup (no blisters from rubbing - that's what I wanted) but not too "flippy" and the strap is there to use when desired and will stay up over my heel without being too tight - has a little bit of slack so I can tell the strap is there, but it is not rubbing or pulling on me as I walk. With all that said and reading the reviews about sizing issues - these particular clogs in this particular color run quite large if you order based on your shoe size without measuring against the sizing chart (which I should have done in the first place but ordering from Amazon at 2AM sometimes I miss the essential details). Whatever the deal is with how this style of clog is supposed to fit, I'm not good with super-loose boats on my feet, and like to know I have a pair of shoes on that I can feel when I wiggle my toes. I look forward to getting these "worn in" and molded to my feet in a few weeks, and see these filling the bill for a long time to come. Might try the "hot water" treatment (if needed) to warm them up, put them on, take a walk, and let them really mold to my feet. Maybe that will be something to do, maybe not - won't know for a couple of weeks but it's there if needed. OK that about wraps it up - everyone can keep going on about whether these are better/worse/same as the clogs they are "imitating" but I got what I wanted and there is always a way to spend more - I'm more interested in spending less when it meets the needs. ... show more

Very light weight, beautiful color and arrived on time!! I ordered these as a cheaper version of crocs/ knock off crocs/ beach shoes/ nursing shoes and they worked really well! I’m usually a woman’s US 7.5 but depending on the shoe I can range from a 7-8. I got a size 8 and I’m so glad I did. I read the reviews that these shoes could be too small, and I can see why. However without the strap in the back, I can see how these shoes are an actual true to size 8 US. I had a lot of space in the front of the shoe with my heel touching the back of the shoe (as shown in photo) . But once the strap is down, my toes reach the very end of the shoe while still being comfy (also shown in photo) So I’m assuming it’s more like a 7.5-8 US womens shoe depending on how you wear them. They have decent support. As someone with wide and flat feet, the slight built in arch and firmness of the shoe really helps when I’m on my feet the majority of the day. I’ve had these shoes for 6 months now, and they’re still in very good condition! They’re waterproof, so that also helps when I’m wiping down, cleaning , sanitizing, etc them from medical germs, sand, dirt. And they’re still very vibrant in color!     • Pay attention to the size that you order
I listened to other reviewers & guessed that I should order 1 size bigger than normal & they fit really well. They seemed well made & would be sturdy for what I need them for. I have a vineyard on & my water days I have to walk the rows looking for gopher holes & I often sink into the mud. The mud can suck my water shoes off & water boots get bits of dirt inside that chafe my ankles & calves. I had a pair of Crocs that were just worn out & are too expensive to replace. At the time I made this purchase these sold for 25.49. I also set them outside my back door so that whenever I need to step out, I can just slip them on instead of putting on shoes. Unfortunately, my new dog ate them after 2 days. They seemed like they would work well, so I re-ordered another pair. When I re-ordered I discovered a size chart which you can use to measure your feet & that corresponded to 1 size larger than what I normally wear. ... show more

I bought these to avoid paying the outrageous cost for original Croc sandals. These work fine as a replacement at $25 although I still believe the price is inflated for a molded shoe. That said, I do like the comfort in these type sandals, the easy way of slipping them on and off, and the easy cleanup if you get them muddy or dirty. A great outdoor shoe/sandal. Original Crocs have a good quality rubber feel to them and I feel these are slightly harder and have a raised bead like texture on the underside of your foot which may have been intended for grip but it slightly hurts my toes or to tone it down, its more of a discomfort to me. Time will tell if the sole wears down as this is my first pair but if they do, I hope its on the raised beads inside the sandal rather than underneath it where I walk. ... show more

First, foot size: I typically get my tennis shoes in men's size 13. I used to wear a 12 but as I've became older (late 50's) size 13 seems more comfortable. So I first ordered the size 13 and it was too big so I exchanged for a size 12. So I guess you could say they run a little big or true to size. For me at least. The size 12 fits great. See picture. Now for the elephant in the room (Crocs version): I tried 13's and they were way too big. I guess I could have ordered size 12, but being the Amoji's were $20 - $30 cheaper and to me the quality appeared the same the choice was simple. Regarding width which seems to be a complaint by some. I consider my foot some what wide and they do fit snug, but not uncomfortable. I would rather have them somewhat snug so I don't have to use the strap. But, I can say after wearing them awhile I think they have loosened up a bit making them feel even better. If the strap was an issue one could use a heat gun and fix that in 5 minutes. Anyway, at first I was hesitant to purchase them becasue I had never worn clogs, but now I am glad I did... ... show more
